Time 5 o’clock A person on cash register so so rude

Poor service. Staff chatting amongst themselves instead of helping people. No one was cleaning even though there was only one other customer besides me. The place was unkempt.

The morning staff are the absolute best! They always take care of me & make my (complicated) drink the absolute best! Love them!! 💗

Maddie is the best barista ever, she makes my drink with love EXACTLY how i like it. If you want a perfect drink and bomb service, go see maddieeeee

There have been times where it seems that the baristas have an attitude or roll their eyes at patrons. Also lots of homeless people and no where to sit.

Unsanitary, lack of upkeep. The pick up bar was filthy with heaps of straw wrappers, coffee ring stains, sugar, etc. Bloody bandaid on the floor with other trash. Long wait time. Nitro cold brew was off, tasted bitter. One of their water spouts produced gray foggy water. Location in need of management to make sure this is up to code and Starbucks standards.

Omg it can be done. I live in va beach & was in the area visiting family. They actually asked how to spell my name they gave me exactly what I asked for as far as my drink order. Everything was perfect. It can be done Va Beach it can be done!

Service is good, location is great, but this store is very dirty, all the time. Floor is filthy, no matter if I come at 8am or 7pm…bathrooms are beyond usable, maybe having key and allowing only customers to use them might help.

Improving the cleaning plan and hygiene will make this location much more pleasant to stay inside.

While Starbucks is primarily known for its beverages, I expected a wider selection of snacks and light meals to accompany my drink. Additionally, the prices seemed a bit steep compared to similar establishments, which may deter some customers from making frequent visits.Another minor issue was the cleanliness of the store. Although overall it was tidy, I noticed a few tables that could have used a more thorough cleaning.Despite these drawbacks, my experience at Starbucks was generally positive. The convenient location, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service make it a reliable choice for a quick coffee fix or a leisurely break during a busy day. With a few improvements, it could become an even more inviting destination for coffee lovers.
