IDK. I went today. A lady with her child was there before me.I was next. We placed our orders first. 2 guys and 2 white ladies came after us and were served first, while we both just stood waiting. You should really educate your employees on the non discrimination policies and first come, first served common sense ethics, that is if you don't want a future lawsuit! Around 12:20pm or so! So disappointed I really would like a refund

I would like to recommend this place. I was in a business meeting, and someone of the team spilled coffee on the ground. We saw the Manager Byrs came with the floor cleaning kit and started cleaning the floor, without even waiting for the housekeeper l. he also bought us a new coffee . I can’t be more thankful. Thank you Byrs. Good job.

Do not go there Sunday before 11am! It say Open 9:30am. The staff is there, but they will Not let you in until the mall opens 11am.

My brother and I went to Starbucks in the morning, the heavy male employee had a sarcastic attitude with us from the beginning stating that they don’t have a certain ingredient and that my brother had to pick something else? Apparently he stated that his position is that he can’t open certain things to make an ice tea? We ask for a tall drink and gave us a large straw also stating that it’s the only one they have despite the time we went was in the MORNING!! How can they run out if we came around 10 am?! Oh and the guy didn’t have a receipt too. As we were drinking our beverages from one of those tables, we noticed how he acted sarcastic and rudely towards the customers. My brother actually worked in Starbucks before and stated that none of the employees never had this kind of attitude. he definitely ruin our morning that day. I never had an experience with any kind of Starbucks where they run out of a lot of ingredients for a drink.
