There is a new manager and it has made the place very inviting. Now all they need are comfortable seating. The food is the same, just wish they had kept that hummus pack. It was really good.

Order a Medicine Ball ask for Honey instead of their Honey Blend. 1st Forgot the peppermint, 2nd Forgot the lemonade and 3rd gave me the Honey to put into my drink. It's clear they had no idea how to prepare this drink.

Workers to busy talking to there friends I get that there are no order but it disgusting and disrespectful to have their friends touching other people's order And eating their food that not even from this store on top of other order at least have a compentent manager looking after if school kid are who are employing

Had a rest stop vibe. Lots of folks hanging about or waiting. No seating available, but no one really drinking coffee either. Baristas waited for me to discover my order was messed up 15 minutes later.

We received the worst service. The staff sold us drinks, and when they handed them to us, they informed us that they were closing at 9:30 PM—but it was already 9:25 PM. As they gave us the drinks, a man with a very harsh tone told us that we had to leave immediately, without caring that we were with a child and elderly people. A little kindness and understanding would go a long way.
It was a very unpleasant experience to visit this place with such staff. I do not recommend it.
