Convenient location and fast polite service, but every time I ask for light ice, still more than half the cup is filled with ice. Please stop doing that!

Layout is horrible!! You can barely sit, or cross your legs, without being in the main walking area. You have a single row for sitting, tiny side tables, and then a standing bench to the side. You have to sit facing the ordering area, staff, and pickup area. You can’t even have a conversation facing someone. I haven’t been in a Starbucks with this type of layout- I came here to break away from the heat and have a cool place to drink an iced coffee, but ended up going to another location. It seems like the layout was to intentionally make it uncomfortable for people to stay inside. Seating outside is fine as long as the weather is nice. It’s June and 90’s today, so of course outdoor seating wasn’t an option for long. Don’t come here to read, with a laptop, or to meet with a friend, it feels quite unwelcoming. It’s unfortunate because the staff are friendly and great, but the atmosphere has taken a major hit with the remodeling.

Well, they renovated this store. They tried to fix something that wasn't broken and in fact they broke it. They used to have tables inside and a nice bar table looking out the window and you could come here to have your coffee, sit down with friends to chat or bring your computer to work. No more. Starbucks was known for this atmosphere. Why change it? This is really, really disappointing now and I'll only come here if I have to going forward.

The new layout of the store is definitely not as inviting as before. The only indoor seating available now is the long bench that runs parallel to the counter. The seat pads are thin so it’s not comfortable and very awkward as you can’t sit directly across someone. It’s not a good place for setting up a laptop either as there are no tables, only arm rests. There are a few tables and comfortable chairs right outside by a fireplace but it’s only really feasible to use when it’s sunny or warm outside. There’s a lot of room behind the counter for several baristas to make drinks, and a large pick up area near the door. It’s more of a grab and go starbucks than a sit down and relax one. The staff are super nice and friendly!

I ordered here every morning as a full-time student with a rigorous course load! They usually are very quick to make the drinks I order online and are friendly to me and the other customers there. However, occasionally they make the drinks wrong and refuse to acknowledge my existence despite being a regular there. Ultimately, they do have speedy service for online orders and typically provide exceptionally-made drinks.
