The customer service here is great !!! but for whatever reason you guys just can’t make a frappe that isn’t watery :/ everytime i come no matter who makes it or no mater what frappe i get, it’s always so watery. I’ve asked for remakes and those are about the same. Never have this issue at any other Starbucks just this location. Why are they so watery?

Very spacious open concept with lots of different sorts of seating. There's a long table with outlets that seats about ten, there's a corner of the store with about four leather chairs and a couple of side tables, there are a few tall dining tables near the store entrance, and then there's another cozy yet fairly large corner with wrap around leather seating, and a mix of table and chair types. Great place to get work done or meet up and chill with a friend. Coffee and customer service have always been great as well.

it’s painfully clear that they give the drive-thru priority. i walked inside as i assumed it would be faster than waiting behind 5 cars, i was wrong. after ordering, it took 10 minutes to get my one single drink, yet there was 8 employees behind the counter. that is absolutely ridiculous.

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I placed an online order specifically to save time because I had a busy schedule, yet my order was more than 10 minutes late. When I politely asked about it, the staff responded with an attitude instead of an apology or explanation.

When my coffee was finally ready, it was rudely slid across the counter to me with zero professionalism. To make matters worse, the coffee was absolutely horrible—so bad that I ended up throwing it straight in the trash. Six dollars wasted!

This experience was completely unacceptable, from the rude behavior to the poor quality of the coffee. I will not be returning.

The window attendance pet the dogs in the vehicle ahead of me. The pets are okay, but the dogs licked her hand multiple times, and she proceeded to hand food and drink out of the window to other cars.
This was 1/23/2025 at 10:40AM.
Whoever was working the window needs to be retrained.

I went inside to explain the ordeal to another barista as I didn't feel comfortable having my drink through the window, and this barista looked me up and down as if I was a problem for safeguarding my food items.

Animals present a multiple of germs and dander. That's like having a small child slob all over your hand, and you resume food services. I don't have a connection with the animals from other people's homes. That should not be what I encounter on my Starbucks venture.

I absolutely love Starbucks and love working from here. This Starbucks location I am very disappointed with. Walking into the cafe is like walking into a playground. The workers are so loud, they play around behind the counter, scream and much more. A coffee shop should not be like that when people are coming here to enjoy their coffee and get work or studying done. I really hope this can change for this location.

I ordered 2 drinks. A mango dragon fruit refresher and a ice white chocolate mocha. We arrived at 7AM and left at 7:21AM The refresher came out first and it took at least 5 minutes or so but the second drink took a whole 15 minutes to make. 15 MINUTES! And they are both grande. All the workers only care about drive thru so I thought that was really bad. And since the wait for so long I almost got late for school and my dad got late for work.That is ridiculous. And the fact they said it will be out soon....Im sorry but work on forcing customers that ordered first. I swear to God this place ain't worth it. Ruined me and my dad's day.

I often go to this place. When I got the drink today, the whipped cream tasted like the milk had gone bad. They made a new drink with the same whipped cream and when my friend, who picked it up and went back to complain for me, told the staff again, the staff was not helpful and asked if I wanted more whipped cream instead of checking it.
