I absolutely love Starbucks and love working from here. This Starbucks location I am very disappointed with. Walking into the cafe is like walking into a playground. The workers are so loud, they play around behind the counter, scream and much more. A coffee shop should not be like that when people are coming here to enjoy their coffee and get work or studying done. I really hope this can change for this location.

I ordered 2 drinks. A mango dragon fruit refresher and a ice white chocolate mocha. We arrived at 7AM and left at 7:21AM The refresher came out first and it took at least 5 minutes or so but the second drink took a whole 15 minutes to make. 15 MINUTES! And they are both grande. All the workers only care about drive thru so I thought that was really bad. And since the wait for so long I almost got late for school and my dad got late for work.That is ridiculous. And the fact they said it will be out soon....Im sorry but work on forcing customers that ordered first. I swear to God this place ain't worth it. Ruined me and my dad's day.

I often go to this place. When I got the drink today, the whipped cream tasted like the milk had gone bad. They made a new drink with the same whipped cream and when my friend, who picked it up and went back to complain for me, told the staff again, the staff was not helpful and asked if I wanted more whipped cream instead of checking it.

Those stars are for the employees, not their union-busting company. Personal advice for every barista at Starbucks: eat the pizza when the company decides to thank you, and still form a union and demand more reasonable pay from a billion dollar company that gave its CEO hundreds of millions of dollars in bonuses when y'all struggle just to put gas in your car.

For the second time they forgot to put the white chocolate in the coffee, I always drink white chocolate mocha and I know what the flavor is like because it is my favorite, unfortunately it is the second time this situation has happened, I feel very upset because the coffee is nothing cheap for these things to happen.

Moldy ice on multiple occasions, they have to clean their ice machine. Some are very nice, some seem like they don't like people and just want you out the door. Hit or miss with drinks, sometimes made wrong sometimes right. Very "ehh".

I’m a Starbucks regular but my closest location is closed for renovation so this Saratoga location is the next closest. I order a mocha latte every time, when I received it from this location it tasted like scummy water. I assumed it was a bad day and went back the next day to receive the same terrible drink. At that point I complained and the employee insinuated maybe I was Ordering differently… no.. same drink for 6 years. They brought me another one equally as terrible so I left and went to the Lorton location and received a delicious drink. I reached out to Starbucks online to let them know and they said they would pass it on to the store, I gave it a couple weeks and tried it again, unfortunately receiving another terrible drink. This location just rushes to push out drinks and they’re very poor quality. Went home and made a keurig.

Placed a mobile order, had someone cut the drive thru, but no worries. At the order kiosk, it took approximately 4 minutes to find my order. At the pick-up window, the drink was all but shoved at me.
It was good, though!

20240516 Wow! I haven't been to this shopping center in years, and Starbucks was gone!! It was next to Giant. As I was driving out of the parking lot... Starbucks was in front of me! Oh, they moved!! The baristas are so friendly, and they look happy, too. I love the vibe they give out. The Honey Citrus Mint tea was good.
