Whoever was answering the phone 1/9/2025 at 8am should be fired. Disrespectfully hung up the phone when I called about my order! Don’t come here!
I’ve been meaning to write a review for this location because the staff is incredibly kind. A week or two ago around 5 a.m., I realized I had forgotten my card, and they genuinely tried their best to accommodate me and help with my order. They were so sweet and understanding. I don’t go to Starbucks often and only stopped by because I had a gift card, but their kindness really stood out. I would definitely come back because of the people here.
Come here if you want attitude and slow service!
It's disappointing driving up to this location and you're stuck in drive thru because they only have ONE ESPRESSO MACHINE WORKING. This isn't the first, second but yes, the Third. Then getting to work late when you arrive 30 min prior.
Very disappointing that they are making drinks touch dirty counters, rags, etc and touching the tops of folks drinks barehanded. I asked one of the counter servers about wearing gloves and she said “ we don’t wear gloves”..I asked her to put gloves on while putting lids on the drinks for my family and I & she seemed a little resistant…that’s a reasonable request if you’re not going to wash your hands after touch dirty surfaces…

Don’t waiste your time going inside. This location is designed for drive through or pick up order. If you order in the store, it takes forever

First time I received my drink it was watered down s, second time it looked appetizing however, it was horrible and not what I asked for.
This is not the first time I have had an issue with this location. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because they were close but it’s not worth it.

Came here and ordered a hot chai tea latte with a double shot of blonde espresso. This is my go to drink and I can say 100% this morning, they did not put any espresso in my drink. You can definitely smell and taste espresso in a chai tea latte, I understand they were extremely busy however they need to take their time and pay attention to the orders. Eight dollars for a drink and not to get what you ordered is ridiculous. I did however, go to the Starbucks at another location to pay for an espresso shot and the lady behind the counter smelled my drink and acknowledged there’s no way two shots of espresso were placed in there so she ended up giving me a shot for free. Much appreciated.

Stopped making certain drinks an hour before they close. Also would not make whip cream
I asked for water and a cup of ice and he said we do not give water or ice not unless you buy something. So if I was dying I would of just been dead from not having water cause I have to buy something. They'll never get my service again. The night before a guy yelled and said we're closed.

Probably one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been too. The team here is on it!! Drinks taste perfect and the grilled cheeses’s are always stocked up!!
When they have down time everyone should try touching up something in the store is speaks volumes, when your store looks good it says a lot about you and your company
This is my regular Starbucks and the service has always been amazing. The know my daughter and I by name. But today they just wowed me. I made a mistake thru mobile app and ordered my items at a different Starbucks. The lady at drive up said no worries. We will make it for you.on the house. Made my day!!
