I've come here on a couple of Sunday mornings and the place is a mad house. Do you want to stand in line and place your order with a person at the counter? Good luck figuring out which customers are in line and who is just standing waiting for their order, because there is no rhyme or reason and very little space to stand regardless. But it doesn't matter if you find the line, because no one will offer to take your order anyway; better download the app and order there. The outdoor seating is shady and nice, and the food and drinks are good.

A regular Starbucks coffee shop like any other. They are open at five in the morning so that works out great for me. It is smaller than most with very limited seating and tables. I think there is only three tables side by side.

This is a smaller Starbucks, so there's not much atmosphere to it, but the staff here this evening (6/26) are so good: welcoming, patient, helpful, genuine--I'll be back for them!
The drink in refills are also nice!

I’m genuinely disappointed and frustrated with the “remodel” at this Starbucks location. What used to be a welcoming space for relaxing, studying, or meeting friends has now been reduced to a cramped, uncomfortable pick-up area. There’s barely any seating left—maybe three spots—all crammed directly in front of the busy pick-up counter. It’s impossible to sit and enjoy a coffee without feeling like you’re in everyone’s way. Even if you’re just here to grab a quick order, you’re packed into a tiny space with other customers, which makes the experience feel rushed and uncomfortable.
What really adds to the disappointment is how the owner is handling feedback to these reviews. Instead of addressing the many concerns, they’re just giving everyone the same generic, copy-paste response and directing people to a link. I tried that link, hoping to share my feedback, but it only took me to a general customer support page—not a place where my concerns would actually be heard. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of consideration for customers who’ve enjoyed this location for years. I get that it’s just a Starbucks and there are ten more in its place, but the Huntsman/Crosspointe community doesn’t have too many casual third spaces and this location used to really fill in that need. Just really sad to see this happen.
Small and cramped. Totally horrible to get your order
This will be a HUGE issue during inclement weather

this location has always been tiny and cramped. they did some recent renovation which cut the already cramped size in half. it’s super frustrating having to get coffee in the AM as everyone’s just smooshed together or having to stand outside. it’s peak COVID and FLU season so it all just seems a bit icky and annoying to me! there’s another location 10 mins down the road that has a drive through.
Seriously, what idiot was in charge of the renovation for this store? I used to like going here to relax and read...but they've completely ruined the space. It feels completely closed off now as soon as you enter...and there is almost no space to sit anymore. Definitely not the "third space" that you expect from Starbucks.

This store was closed (for renovations?) for quite some time. Now it is open again, but not sure what the improvement was? Customer's area was never really spacious, but it definitely feels very small and cramped after the changes now.
I ordered just a regular cup of coffee, and it was good and came my way quickly, so no complaints there, but again not sure what the improvement was building wise?

This neighborhood gem has been DESTROYED by this renovation. No longer is there any Inside seating for community members. Gone are the tables where people sat, gathered and shared conversations over a cup of overpriced coffee drinks. In its place are 3 very tiny tables where you can sit and at the most wait for your order. So the seating that existed where cops, neighborhood moms, seniors citizens, teens, entrepreneurs, etc would sit and work and converse are gone. Seating is now on the outside. What happens when it’s 95 degrees, raining, windy, or freezing outside? This location was revamped to really be a pick up order site. For a place that is charging a premium for basic coffee and much more for other drinks a customer expects a good experience and an atmosphere they can sit in and enjoy the overpriced coffee drink. I now buy Starbucks coffee and make it at home and when I want atmosphere I go to the Starbucks on Old Keene Mill or Panera Bread.

The poor customer service I received at this location was my last straw with Starbucks.
