When I went to the subway yesterday, I had the worst experience ever. One of the Latino women were very prejudice ! There were two of them working there yesterday on 13 February 2025! The older Spanish woman check me out and took my payment at 6:29 PM. She’s not the woman that I was talking about is the other woman the younger one ! Hopefully the owner will talk with her when I ask for the prices of the subs she got an attitude with me. she didn’t want to tell me the prices to the subs, even rolled her eyes and pointed to the sign and said look at the prices with the attitude, I’m a Latino woman, but my husband was black and because of that she got an attitude with me. She didn’t even want to make my sub. She had the older woman make up, which had a cold that day by the way, and she tried to cough the other way which she did and I’m thankful for that but the younger woman who I had a bad experience with Wash supervisor I’m not sure but I want to make sure the owner gets this message you should not hire anyone that is prejudice, or it is absolutely. Even the next customer that came in the store was angry about it. She treated him much better than she treated us, but he was upset by the way her attitude was towards us and we did nothing but be a customer.! I would not recommend this to anyone because of the prejudice that goes on in this facility. I’m Latino woman I know that a lot of Latinos are very prejudice when they see blacks with their own time I do not appreciate what has been done to people, and I hope that you could possibly give me a refund as well.

I was craving a sub so I visited this establishment after work. I had to use the restroom so I was going to use it before I ordered my sub. I asked the lady at the register could I have the code to the bathroom and she said the restroom is for customers only. I told her I needed to use the bathroom before I ordered but she ignored me so I left. Next time I’ll just weewee on the floor while ordering my delicious turkey sub to prove I’m a customer.

The trash bins were overflowing. A water bucket with cleaning cloth was sitting next to the soda machine. The floor was just messy at 2:30pm.
What freaked me out was that the employee touched cash changes and was going to make my order without changing the gloves.
I pointed that out to her, and she called her coworker.
They talked to each other in their language, staring at me.
Have a better attitude and sense of hygiene.

Usually go here for my lunch at work and although the food is nice, the cashiers/sandwich makers are always very rude or inconsiderate. Place was a mess and the overall atmosphere was so depressing.

After management changed this place has been rocking.

Before 2023 this place was stinky garbage. After 2023: friendly smiles, food fresh as you can get at subway, and best part is that the cookies have been fresh every time.

the ladies that work there never put enough of what I ask for and I always end up having to say “more”. My food never turns out good and it’s getting irritating. Bread is stale, everything is soggy, and it tastes so bland. If I could I’d give zero stars!!!!

Pathetic experience, worst subway that I have been to!
Sub was soggy, bland and dry.
I ordered a foot long with cheese, once I started eating I realized that there was no cheese inside it so I asked the Hispanic lady at the counter she rudely replied "I put it in there myself" I didn't like it and opened my half eaten sandwich and showed it to her. She didn't apologize or changed my sub. She simply took my half eaten sandwich and added cheese to eat and reheated it in the oven. I was shocked, it's not hygienic and you can't reheat the veggies and dressings.
I left my sandwich and walked out!
