The trash bins were overflowing. A water bucket with cleaning cloth was sitting next to the soda machine. The floor was just messy at 2:30pm.
What freaked me out was that the employee touched cash changes and was going to make my order without changing the gloves.
I pointed that out to her, and she called her coworker.
They talked to each other in their language, staring at me.
Have a better attitude and sense of hygiene.

Usually go here for my lunch at work and although the food is nice, the cashiers/sandwich makers are always very rude or inconsiderate. Place was a mess and the overall atmosphere was so depressing.

After management changed this place has been rocking.

Before 2023 this place was stinky garbage. After 2023: friendly smiles, food fresh as you can get at subway, and best part is that the cookies have been fresh every time.

the ladies that work there never put enough of what I ask for and I always end up having to say “more”. My food never turns out good and it’s getting irritating. Bread is stale, everything is soggy, and it tastes so bland. If I could I’d give zero stars!!!!

Pathetic experience, worst subway that I have been to!
Sub was soggy, bland and dry.
I ordered a foot long with cheese, once I started eating I realized that there was no cheese inside it so I asked the Hispanic lady at the counter she rudely replied "I put it in there myself" I didn't like it and opened my half eaten sandwich and showed it to her. She didn't apologize or changed my sub. She simply took my half eaten sandwich and added cheese to eat and reheated it in the oven. I was shocked, it's not hygienic and you can't reheat the veggies and dressings.
I left my sandwich and walked out!

Well, it's sad to say that this Subway either doesn't care or they are just tried because it was lunch. Buuuut I order and pickup orders for our business at least once a week. And we always order it extra toasted. When I picked up today the sandwiches were cold. Which is no problem, unwrap slam those bad boys in the toaster, not exactly right but we can fix it. I started to raise my concern and I was shut down with..."I toasted them myself" by the Spanish lady working there today.
I have attached video....i may have let it slide if I wasn't shut down and assured that it was toasted...none of the sandwiches were toasted....

Zero stars if I could. The service was TERRIBLE. The woman making my sandwich seemed like she couldn't be bothered with working and gave me an attitude when I asked for more than 3 cucumbers on my footlong..... I am left to assume the machine for coupons is broken because when I scanned my coupon all I got was a no, no explanation or anything. The woman then "informed" me that I would have to pay full price and she could not manually enter the coupon herself. I THEN received an attitude when I stated I would order online to use the coupon I brought.
