Very disappointing experience at the Huntsman Giant Subway.
I came in on National Sandwich Day specifically for the advertised Buy One, Get One for $1 deal, but the employees made the experience awful. Instead of helping me use the promotion, they were rude and dismissive — almost bullying me into not using the deal. It felt like they were trying to make me feel bad for even asking about it!
I’ve always liked Subway, but the staff here completely ruined my visit. If a promotion is being advertised, customers shouldn’t be treated poorly for wanting to participate. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location — management really needs to address how their employees treat people.

Always greeted with friendly staff and amazing service! Sandwiches are hot and fresh and the shop is clean and tidy. The cookies are also amazing 🤩🤩 Been eating here since high school!

The employees were not friendly at all. Very rude and rushing everything. One of the employees even said hurry up what do you want. I told her that's not how you talk to customers, so I walked out , Never coming back to this location, everyone don't be surprised if you get treated like this. Management better retrain their employees to do a better job when talking to customers who came to eat and pay you.

This is the only Subway location that I like. Always clean with fresh ingredients. The employees here are friendly and efficient. Many Subways I’ve visited in recent years have become dirty and poorly run with ingredients that look old, so this is the only one I go to now. This spot has been consistently well-run for many years.
