This subway doesnt honor coupons and has inflated prices. They have gone up a decent bit recently, especially compared to the annandale and rolling road location.I used to come here a lot because the service was good, even though its not the nearest subway to me. I will not come anymore. It is getting to expensive compared to the others.

Ordered a meatball sub for pickup. Got bread and lettuce with no meatballs.

This is more about one employee’s work ethic/skills. But obviously if affects what one’s eating. First of all the majority of lettuce was brown and spoiled so I skipped that and got spinach. The 2nd employee who took my sandwich out of the toaster wiped his hands on the counter before grabbing the tomatoes and lazily put everything on the sandwich. It was a mess.. he couldn’t even properly close the bread and everything fell out when I opened it. How hard is it to properly make a sandwich seriously?! This place is gross and food doesn’t seem to handled well. 0 stars.

I came in today to order some food for an early lunch. I had a meatball marinara sub on !y mind, and luckily they serve lunch all day apparently. Most other locations server strictly breakfast during the morning hours. I arrived at around 10am and there were three employees working behind the counter. An older gentleman who was not in uniform appeared to be the Owner of the place. He was situated behind the register. I have to report that he was short and curt with me while I was placing my order. It seemed like he is in some kind of a power trip or something. He acted like he didn't want to be bothered with my stupid questions. At any rate, I ordered the meatball marinara foot long sub with the usual provolone cheese. Black olives. And those red bell peppers. The sandwich tastes pretty good, but I wasn't a fan of whoever that male employee was. He should probably check himself.

Great staff, but they do not honor coupons. I will not be back to this subway, but instead I will go to huntsman subway. I recommend you do the same as the drive to that subway isn't bad. I hope they pay their employees more because of the no coupon policy.

Terrible experience and they don't take coupons, what's up with that? As a subway brand if there's a coupon out there they should accept it. That's just my opinion.
