Food was pretty good. Coworkers always raved about this place. I tried the 1/4 dark meat chicken with yucca fries and fried rice. The chicken and fries were good. I didn't care for the rice. It was pretty dry.

I used to visit this restaurant, but unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly. The staff’s attitude was okay; it felt like they’re doing me a favor by serving me. Initially, it was an excellent place, but the chicken flavor has really gone downhill. I got the take-home surprise; the chicken was overcooked and dried, not flavor. Very disappointed will not returning to Super Chicken.

The food is good. However the service is poor. They took my order over the phone told me it will be 30 minutes for my order. I come in pay and she tells me they are going to start the order now. That although I ordered on the phone they don’t place the order till I arrive and pay, which defeats the purpose and point of ordering through the phone. The other restaurants with same food specialty do not operate like this. Very disappointing.

Subpar Peruvian food for the price. $20 lomo that comes on a plastic plate and is a small portion. Chicken was dry. If you’re going to charge $20 for lomo and $19 for Ceviche it should be a healthy sized portion on a real plate (not styrofoam) … hot soup served in a plastic to go container. Cleaned table next to us while we were eating (spraying chemicals as we were eating) and the restaurant was empty … could have waited until we finished. It’s the little things that make a big difference!

I was going to another restaurant until I saw with great excitement that they were selling grilled chicken and I told my husband, let's go there, all the emotion left me when Zaida's bad grace helped me, I think she assumed that I knew the restaurant and for each question she made faces as if she couldn't answer me, I asked if the ceviche was Peruvian as I saw that they also sold Mexican food because I wanted to make sure, and she continued making those unpleasant faces and answered reluctantly, Please hire people who really know how to serve the customer and guide them when placing an order, for women like these who believe they have won something in life I would not return to the restaurant, the food was delicious, it is a shame that they have this type of bad elements in the restaurant that They don't contribute anything. Not even restaurant owners have that despotic attitude. If they want to continue losing customers, keep it.

I used to visit this restaurant at least once a week, but unfortunately, the quality and service have declined significantly. The staff’s attitude is poor; it feels like they’re doing us a favor by serving us. Initially, it was an excellent place, but it has really gone downhill.

Yesterday, my husband went to buy 4 chickens and 5 sodas, and when we got home, we realized they forgot the drinks. When he called to clarify, they rudely told him he should have taken them from the cooler (it was his first time there). No one mentioned this to him at the time of purchase. If customers are not informed that they need to help themselves, it’s unfair to blame them afterward.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

Terrible experience all around. The chicken was dry, the service was slow and uninterested, and the place is ridiculously small and crammed. To make matters worse, there was a strange, putrid smell throughout the restaurant that made the whole meal even more unbearable. Definitely not worth a visit.

In order every time and I think they promise themselves to mess up with me even ordering whole chicken meal paying extra for tips they forget either sauces, napkin,spoons,or half order
Check before picking up order if you are ordering through ubereats or other delivery service that how they will end up sending half order and not apologizing or half refund
