Super Chicken Springfield

More expensive than Cocorico and doesn’t taste as good. Tried once when they first opened and never went back.

Super Chicken has been a go-to Peruvian place of ours. Everything is great!

We ordered the half chicken with two sides. The chicken was very flavorful and moist, however the fried rice side dish was very dry and plain and the yuca fries were undercooked. Definitely would come back for the chicken but don’t expect too much from the sides.

New to the area and I’ve checked out various restaurants. This by far is my favorite! It’s very clean, the staff were very professional and welcoming, and the food was amazing! We ordered the half white chicken and it was seasoned to perfection! Chef’s kiss 🤌🏾!

The staff was very sweet and kind. The music was amazing had me dancing. The food was delicious and great portions definitely worth it! I bought the pupusas with chicharron and chicken, my sone bought a quesadilla with chicken and he truly enjoyed it, my two youngest had the spaghetti (honestly forgot the name) and that was huge! They shared it and still had enough left over to eat for tomorrow and my husband had the rice saltado again portion was great and delicious 10/10 recommend!

Will change my review if I receive an answer from the owner. Why doesn’t your company offer the purchase of additional sauces on DoorDash or UberEats? Every other Peruvian / Latin Chicken / stone makes it a point. Your sauces are good, and you can purchase them in person. Why not on online delivery orders????? Is it an oversight? I never order delivery because I can’t order additional sauces unfortunately.

I initially went to get Peruvian chicken and a side, but saw Saltado. I usually get beef, but saw chicken Saltado. I have not had Lomo Saltado in over 20yrs. The food was so so, the green sauce is a must if you like spice. I asked them add in extra Jalapeños, as a Trinidadian we eat pepper. The green sauce had the most kick and added so much flavor! The best part was the customer service provided by Zaida. She was helpful and very personable, she is a huge reason why I would return!!!! Thank you, Zaida!!!

First time ordering from here. Absolutely amazing! Ordered the mash potatoes, black beans with rice and the quarter white rotisserie chicken. So good!!! I didn’t know that was around here! Definitely recommending to my roommate and others. 5/5 stars! Thanks guys!

Disappointing Experience – Stale and Unfresh Food.

This restaurant is one of our favorites and we often dine in or we takeout but recently visited and unfortunately, it was a big letdown. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours—if not leftovers from the previous day. Nothing was fresh, and you could tell right away from the texture and flavor.

Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their food quality
