Disgusting. This place is so sticky and needs a good cleaning. Half of the machines weren’t working and were dripping yogurt out of them. Tables were a mess and so sticky. Workers were rude and clearly unphased by the level of mess in the store. Would not recommend going here. Plenty of other places to get a cold treat in the area that actually take care of the cleanliness of the store

Its sweet frog. I like the flavor options (taro and mango) all the toppings are typical. Kept clean, fast service

Adorable frozen yogurt place. Clean, friendly staff, with indoor and outdoor seating. Delicious frozen yogurt and many topping to choose from.

Their Taro flavor is DELICIOUS and I wish I had gotten more.

My daughter went to the store with her friend. They used gift card and value was $25.00. They bought ice cream $9 dollars something. Cashier gave her receipt but no gift card back.

Wow. Haven’t been to a SweetFrog in years. Kids had a gift card so we came here after dinner. The place is very clean and the frozen yogurt was really good! The toppings bar was so clean and organized you’d swear they just opened. Highly recommended and will be coming back soon!

Love this location but took one star away because everytime we're here, there's at least one machine that's out of service. This location also seems to have less flavor compared to other places. Otherwise, service is great and love that it doesn't get too overcrowded

I recently visited Sweet Frog on a hot day to try some frozen yogurt for the first time, and my experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. I asked an employee for two sample cups to decide on a flavor, but she said I could only have one. After choosing my flavor, I filled my cup and went to the register to pay.

While I was checking out, the employee was speaking to the cashier in Spanish, complaining that I had made a mess at the yogurt machines. She then told me, quite rudely, to ensure I don’t make a mess next time and not to fill the sample cups all the way.

This was upsetting, especially as I was with my 2-year-old daughter and trying to stay calm. I paid for my yogurt and expected a much better level of service. It’s disappointing to encounter such a negative attitude from the staff. Customer service needs improvement.
