The food there is delicious, but I don't know if it's all the Taco Bambas, but there's always loud music that doesn't really let you hear when they call the order. My favorite thing about the menu is the Elote Loco, and as a Hispanic it's something that I have eaten since I was a little kid, and it makes me feel like I'm at home.

The inside has a pretty cool vibe. For me the menu placement is off and a bit nerve wracking because it’s tilted and off centered from the register so I had to keep leaving the register to see what I wanted. Ended up ordering the Sopes with Barbacoa and the El bacho nachos with steak. So they serve in a cardboard container with a piece of wax or parchment paper which is not the smartest choice for food such as the Sopes and Nachos. The sauce from the nachos was sticking to the paper and the sopes was very hard in general and hard to cut. They do not have metal utensils just plastic which again is not a great option when you’re eating something that needs a hard utensil to cut with. Would’ve been nice to be served on an actual plate. I get the concept of the cardboard but that would work with the tacos, fries, burgers and such but not with saucy food. The meat on the nachos was fridge cold and that was probably because the toppings were cold. The meat was super salty and on the tough side. Like I mentioned earlier the Sopes base was HARD but the Barbacoa was good and they put a good amount of toppings on it. I prefer the Sopes from Casa Tequila over theirs. On a scale from 1-10 I would give a 5.

You come here to eat really tasty tacos and not for anything else. The choice is more than the traditional dishes and therefore very interesting and with a lot to choose from. It is known by the locals so it is always busy but not too busy.

This Taco Bamba in Springfield consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience, and their cocktails are just as impressive. In the past five years, I’ve never had a single bad meal—every visit has been spot-on. Their food is consistently flavorful, fresh, and creative, making each trip worth it.
Only complaint would be the corner pocket location it’s in. Unfortunately, the Chick fil A drive thru consumers/zombies wrap the entire plaza with their vehicles. Making it extremely hard to enter/exit because there’s only two entrances/exits located on the same main road.
I have a distinguish palette. I was quite impressed with the food and service. The margarita that the bartenders served was great! The food had great flavor even though I wish I had a lot more of it but nevertheless I was impressed. Will visit again when I'm in the area if you haven't been there try it out.
