Placed an online order for 3 smoothies totaling $34.91 and they were delivered SUPER LATE, watered down and mishandled. My order kept being delayed per the notifications from their app after the smoothies were prepared. I called the store and spoke with Lucinda who claimed she couldn’t cancel my order prior to delivery because there was no manager on duty. She advised me to cancel on my end but the app wouldn’t allow me to. I called back and she took my information to give to the manager Rosario. It’s been days and no call back and no refund. Horrible customer service!!

Stumbled upon this location on my way to work and it is for sure my new daily!! The staff was incredible and took great care of me. I had a mango magic with a chicken pesto and everything was perfect!!

Found a hair in my 2 year old's food after making an hour round trip to get him some dinner. When I called about it the workers took my information and submitted it to the manager. The manager never contacted me and when I called back another hour later they informed me that I cannot get a refund unless I physically come back to the store. The manager refuses to contact me on this situation to be able to make anything right. Horribly incompetent manager that is only available between the hours of 11 am and 1 pm.

It has been over just about a month and I still have not been contacted by anyone in a managerial position. I received a $10 gift card from the tropical smoothie official reporting form, after having to resubmit all the information in this review through their online submission process. Unfortunately, I have no intention of going back to use this $10 and they still have not given me a refund on the food that had a hair in it.

I'm a new convert to smoothies, and the avocado is my new obsession. The store looked clean and the smoothies were delivered quickly. All good here!

I usually never have an issue ordering from this location but today’s was not it. I ordered a California flat break with just sausage. The way they made it was awful. All the sausage was stuffed together and not mixed it with the egg and avocado. As you can see in the picture. You guys need to do better

Ordered on Uber Eats, any place that sells drinks especially through Uber Eats or Door Dash should use safety stickers. They did not, I drove up there to ask them to remake it, and instead the manager wouldn’t even speak with me, she had her back turned toward me and just kept shaking her head.

The girl (Dalery) was extremely rude and even made a comment about me and my appearance to her coworker right after taking my order. This is the third time I’ve been at this location and have had unprofessional interactions like this from their team. I won’t be going back to this location again. The Alexandria location is what I’d suggest for others who have experienced the same thing. It’s about a 3 min add on but worth it if you ask me.

I had an issue with a DoorDash order that was canceled due to my address not properly transferring from the Tropical smoothie app to DoorDash, Dalia was super understanding about the situation and made my order again, it’s hard to find workers who value their customers, Tropical smoothie has earn my business for life.

The smoothies taste very watered down. I honestly debated going back in to get money back. They taste like fruit flavored water
