We went here for sopa de mondongo. But didn't have so my mom order sopa de tortas de pescado, my husband order sopa de res and I order a mix salvarorian plate. I asked before I order if the pastelitos were from beef meatand foot rolls that they were beef but when I got them it was chix. I returned them and she brought them again the same thing chicken. Then she told me oh sorry we don't beef why not say that from the beginning. Whatever then we asked for the check and tell me why the server has to stand right by the table to wait for the tip. I dislike spanish restaurant for this reason. Among order reasons but my pp suck. The pupupsa were bad. Horrible experience never go back here the quality has dropped by a lot. Food without toast.

Ratibg solely on pupusas si ce this is all ive eaten from here, but The pupusas are always consistent and delicious! Highly recommend!

The food here is really good, everything was flavorful and was not disappointed. I’ve been to places where they do not make their tortillas in house and that’s always such a turn off to me, the tortillas here were piping hot and soft. I ordered the Chorizo con huevo and had the atol chuco (sweet) and left super satisfied and full.

Veronica’s has two locations, Alexandria and Springfield. Both equally great.

You can taste the love put into the dishes, and I did notice that they were all made from scratch. There were many items on the menu that I have never tried before, and it was unique and refreshing to try new dishes.

Last time I ordered a fried fish it was bad soaked in oil not one bit of flavor, the service is bad, the way the greet you is like we asking for free or a handout, not one smile on their face,the food was good at one point back then now it’s no good and like I said the service is gotten worst ,

Thought they gave me negative vibes cuz I am an Asian. But after reading all bad reviews, I am actually glad that they treat ALL customers with horrible attitudes 🤡

Bad service and crazy súper crazy prices uhhh

Now in the morning we placed an order with my husband, when we got to the restaurant I wanted to add something else to my order. I told the cashier, give me a pudding, please, and she repeatedly looked at me and said pudding, no pudding, yes. Out of respect for others, I didn't say anything, but it bothered me because she went to make fun of me with another colleague. I don't know if she doesn't know that they are called different woods depending on the culture, a total lack of respect.
I don't know what the woman's name was, I think it's part of the show or function that the venue offers "because of the way she was wearing makeup."
It is not the first time that she is super grocers for her clients.

I really do not recommend this restaurant, occasionally I would eat there since it takes about 1 hour to serve the order that is placed but yesterday August 16, 2024 was the last time, after waiting almost 1 hour we received the order including an order of CHICKEN NUGGETS for my daughter, I noticed something strange about the nuggets (they were hard), but I assumed it was because they were freshly fried. A couple of hours after eating them, my daughter, already asleep, began to vomit non-stop. When I checked the sheets, I came across the terrible Surprise to find paper, a lot of paper stuck with small pieces of nuggets, no doubt reported to the authorities because it is unhealthy to sell something like that, on a past occasion they gave him a sausage with the black hotdog that of course we left it, but This is unacceptable, every diner pays for what he eats, nothing is given to provide food in these conditions, be very careful when eating in this place, I do not publish the photos of the paper I collected because there are no options to do so.
