Now in the morning we placed an order with my husband, when we got to the restaurant I wanted to add something else to my order. Out of respect for others, I didn't say anything, but it bothered me because she went to make fun of me with another colleague. I don't know if she doesn't know that they are called different woods depending on the culture, a total lack of respect.
I don't know what the woman's name was, I think it's part of the show or function that the venue offers "because of the way she was wearing makeup."
It is not the first time that she is super grocers for her clients.

I really do not recommend this restaurant, occasionally I would eat there since it takes about 1 hour to serve the order that is placed but yesterday August 16, 2024 was the last time, after waiting almost 1 hour we received the order including an order of CHICKEN NUGGETS for my daughter, I noticed something strange about the nuggets (they were hard), but I assumed it was because they were freshly fried. A couple of hours after eating them, my daughter, already asleep, began to vomit non-stop. When I checked the sheets, I came across the terrible Surprise to find paper, a lot of paper stuck with small pieces of nuggets, no doubt reported to the authorities because it is unhealthy to sell something like that, on a past occasion they gave him a sausage with the black hotdog that of course we left it, but This is unacceptable, every diner pays for what he eats, nothing is given to provide food in these conditions, be very careful when eating in this place, I do not publish the photos of the paper I collected because there are no options to do so.

I have been a customer for 5 years but I have stopped going, I have ordered take-out, it seems to me that they do not have the slightest consideration for the customer, they have had damaged air conditioning for many months, they charge a high price for the food but they do not seek to invest in damages to the restaurant, The waitresses look sweaty even from a bad temper and it is a little understandable because of the heat, I can't imagine how bad the kitchen staff must be having it.
Show respect to the customer and provide a fair climate for the customer as well as for your employees.

Really great food! Felt like I was eating a meal made from my mom.The ingredients felt quality and the portions were generous. My fiancé and I went in for Brunch on a Saturday. It was not busy and I was surprised because the food was delicious. We had 2 drinks (Tamarindo and Horchata) I had the Desayuno Hondureño and he had a Bagel Sandwich (eggs, melted cheese, bacon and ham) with Salchipapas. Everything was delicious! I am Mexican and my fiancé is Salvadorian and they had a section for everyone. I still need to try the bakery. The atmosphere is not the nicest, some nice paint and homey touches would make it seem more inviting. The customer service is okay not super friendly but not rude.

Good service, I ordered a baleada and a sweet and I liked it, the girls were very friendly, always with a smile.
As a suggestion you should add green plantain or tostones to the menu, that's how a delicious breakfast with cheese and egg… Or as a side for the other dishes that you have that would be great. I hope you take my suggestion into account.

Good service and excellent food

I came all the way from Syracuse to eat at this cafe. I passed by once traveling and then came back for the food. It is so delicious. The bread is absolutely amazing. The peperecha is the best peperecha I’ve ever had, the atol has the consistency that they use to make way back when I was a child, more thicker, sweet, you can taste the corn, and not watered down or burnt. They make food that is meant to be delicious. I don’t feel like they’re being stingy with any amount of ingredients. Everything is so tasty. I would come back more often if I weren’t so far.

The owner who sees these opinions should fire the staff he had on Tuesday the 25th during the 1:00 pm schedule because he gave us poor service, he threw money at us and with a really undesirable attitude I have We have to talk to the manager because the treatment that that woman gave us is not going to stick. She has no right to talk and treat us like that, she is rude and that's why that restaurant is always empty because if you are supposed to eat there you have to Someone arrive to take order right?? But that woman, that's why she even threw the money at us and spoke horribly... and seeing the comments, they are all undesirable, even in the food and dangerous, food like that could harm us, we must file a complaint against that restaurant, one of those restaurants cannot be open and with People like that seem to like to give bad treatment. In my case, I know the place to go to complain about that and the other comments. I have contacts that are easy to get. Don't be surprised that because of that girl, the business closes and they stay. unemployed….
