The restaurant is great, a staple in The St. James community. Springfield, Virginia area is fortunate to have such a quality dining experience. The food is one of one and the service is outstanding?

I love V&V. It’s better than all the restaurants I go to & it’s right at my home base. I’ve never had a bad item on the menu. From the smoothies to the bowls to the homemade granola bars. The Vic burger is out of this world & so are the Mediterranean chicken bowl & southwest steak bowl. So appreciative of the staff & atmosphere there. Lastly, the tunes are always bumping in there.

Great food. I had the salmon with roasted veggies and a power play smoothie after my workout. Everything was pretty good. They tend to have live bands from time to time to time and it makes the atmosphere a nice vibe to chill after a workout. Staff is also cool. I recommend.

Great atmosphere with a welcoming vibe. The food was flavorful and well-presented, arriving hot and fresh. Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing.

After class, the bar is the perfect place to wind down—smoothies, protein shakes, and even healthy snacks that taste amazing. It’s become my little post-workout ritual to hang out there, chat with other members, and enjoy a cold shake.
If you’re looking for a place that combines a strong community vibe with serious fitness results, this is the spot.
I’ve been a long-time customer at The St. James and always enjoyed grabbing a bite here after my workouts. But after today, never again! They completely ruined my morning. The staff was rude and unprofessional—it’s clear they need to do a much better job at hiring. Just look at who they’ve put behind the counter! Service was a mess, and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m seriously disappointed and won’t be coming back!
$15 for a salad and $8 to add chicken. Crazy.
Food is fresh, hummus flatbread had the perfect crunch. Would be awesome if they served Halal.

Restaurantji Recommends
despite the fancy appearance and high prices this is not a sit down restaurant as you'd assume it to be it's actually more of a café like Panera Bread, there was no option for dine in as the only option is to have your food put into to go containers, the outdoor seats were dirty, the food was really not good (lemon pepper wings didn't taste like lemon nor pepper just tasted like they dumped a cup of salt on them and the price for just 8 wings is already outrageous, despite having a poké bowl on the menu there were no chopsticks, and the toppings on the Vic burger were just incredibly lackluster
Wheelchair accessibility: has wheelchair button for doors

The food was really good, but pretty expensive. The line to order food was pretty long, so I recommend using their online ordering menu and just go find a place to sit rather than waiting in line. They had options for most dietary restrictions but the options weren’t many of your diet is highly restricted. One thing that stuck out was their pizzas had an option for gluten free cauliflower crust, and vegan cheese.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan, gluten free, low carb
Kid-friendliness: They had pizzas, kids pasta, milk, fruit cups
Wheelchair accessibility: There were no steps to get into the building or into the restaurant. There is an elevator to other floors in the main building not in the restaurant itself.

We sometimes love and sometimes don’t love. When the right person is working, the roasted veggie and hummus panini is amazing. Other times it’s ok. The last time it was pretty sad so considering the price, idk if we will keep risking it. Bummer, as it truly is my and my daughter’s favorite. We’ve also had the plant based burger(average) and the smoothies (decent). Sweet potato fries are good too! The salmon we had twice. Once great, once just ok. Consistency is the problem, I guess.

My first and only experience was burnt and over priced. Nice place and people though.
