The girl at the window doesn’t pay attention. Didn’t give me my drink, then they were out of unsweet tea so she asked me did I want something else. Said regular lemonade, well she gave me some flavor. Always have to check your stuff here.

I'm not sure why the drive thru says open til 2am - I have went there 2x in last 2 months or so at midnight & both times it was closed up tight!!- Also I don't know why the drive thru is slow & the workers think they need to take my phone for app & payment- the thing reaches out the window!!!- If he drops/breaks my phone I'm sure they will just say sorry!!!
However I can say the food is usually hot & fresh- that's definitely nice!

Horrible service took OVER 30 mins to get 3 orders. Manager Maria did nothing. Hispanic man in the front started talking about me in Spanish not knowing I SPEAK SPANISH. Not wearing gloves. Honestly find somewhere else to eat.
The interior was really nice had a fireplace, television, awards, and a soda machine with so many options. The cashier Ms. Dianne was very helpful and friendly. The food was incredible dave's single was great along with fries, drinks and frosty. One of the best Wendy's ive ever been too.

We came here on July 21 at around 835pm and were greeted by the nicest lady at the counter. We had been driving all day and kids were getting their energy out but she kept their attention and brightened up their and our last leg of the trip. I did not get her name but just wanted to say thanks for excellent service and friendliness. Food was hot, bathrooms clean.

Disappointing experience with misleading store hours and long delays.
I placed a prepaid order through the Wendy’s app and chose in-store pickup specifically to avoid the typically slow drive-thru. Despite arriving 20 minutes before the posted closing time, the lobby doors were already locked. I was forced into the drive-thru, where I waited another 20 minutes just to get my food.
What’s frustrating is the inconsistency between advertised and actual operating hours, plus the inability to cancel a mobile order once placed. This trip easily wasted 40 minutes. If you’re going to close early, update your hours—don’t leave customers stranded.

The staff wasn't the most attentive when I was standing alone at the counter...I went unnoticed for more than a minute. The place has the feel of a truck stop fast food joint, especially with its proximity to a gas station. The food tasted good and was prepared accurately.

Place was dirty, floors needed sweeping and mopping, bathroom out of paper towels and soda machine out of ice. The manager was arguing (or just their tone of voice) with an employee that was refusing to sweep before going on break. Food was done fast and plenty parking. Place is dated but a nice clean restaurant says a lot.

There were only 4 people working and we waited for an hour for our food, on top of that they gave us the wrong order. there was only one guy working the register, making the food and doing the orders. this place sucks

My family and I did not have a great experience at this Wendy’s. The food was hot and fresh but the customer service was not. I don’t want to go into an establishment to pickup my mobile order and be met with an attitude after we stand there waiting and can see our order and finally ask for our food only to be met with attitude as if we asked for too much to get our food right there.
