Hopefully whoever manages this store sees this review. But whoever worked back of house on 11/28 around 11:30pm deserves a raise. One of the best Wendy's experiences I've ever had at this location.

Although they got my order wrong!! MY FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. This is one of the NICEST WENDY'S I'VE EVER SEEN!! THE RESTAURANT AS WELL AS THE BATHROOM IS SUPER CLEAN!!! LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THE STAFF WAS REALLY SWEET AND POLITE!!! I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD.

Horrible. After 11pm they completely ignore the drive thru and look at you and never use the speaker or open the window. Thursday at 12:00 at night and they wouldn’t let me order. Rude Spanish woman stared at me and didn’t let me order

3 stars because they messed up mobile order, I didn't get it fixed because I was away from the restaurant when it was noticed. My baked potato was supposed to have sour cream and chives on it.. it did not.. my mint frosty was supposed to be a medium, it was a small.

Huge sign in the window says it’s open until 2 AM. Here we are at 10:20 PM and it is locked up and closed. What a waste of time. Only went here because we are staying at the hotel across the street. Don’t waste your time going here.

We went (my husband and I) to this Wendy's on our way to our hotel in Alexandria to stretch out legs, use the rr and grab a bite to eat. Workers were friendly and really didn't have any issues here.
Stopped for breakfast. I didn't have high expectations as it's fast food but sheesh 🤢🤮

Via drive-thru, asked for ketchup at the speaker, at the window, got on 95 and not one packet of ketchup! All that money, and can't give me one packet of ketchup. Incredible...not worth the money.

This location is just terrible and should shut down for 2 weeks for training from corporate and also kiosks for taking orders since the employees including management can't take an order correctly. It's not just 1 complaint or problem, it's several.
