The place looked like it could use a good cleaning but the wings were outstanding! My order for 10 wings took longer than I imagined it would at 20 minutes. The cost for dipping sauce is high IMO, at least 1 should be offered with the cost for an order of 12 wings.

My son and I visit today started off questionable, however the manager stepped in and resolved concerns faster than I could blink. We had a good experience thanks to the manager on duty!!! We will be back!!

Such a rude front manager on carryout orders. Website was a little misleading on what was included in a special meal deal pack and was so incredibly offensive. Also they dont answer their phones. Wont be going back to this particular wingstop. Regional management should do something. IT looks like a lot are fed up with this place.

Don’t bother ordering online delivery from this location. They don’t verify delivery drivers are taking the correct orders then when your driver shows up and your food is gone they are no help I guess because after the driver called to ask if I received my order and I said no he hung up and I still never got my order.

Just got 40 undercooked wings. Completely rubbery. Last time going here. And they threw it in the bag sideways so the sauce soaked through the bag. Now my car smells like wings. This place sucks.

Cashiers are often rude or the only ones in the establishment who don’t really care to understand what you’re asking for. They also close the indoor ordering an hour before closing which forces you to use the app and use a credit card or virtual pay. Overall I don’t really ever have an inviting experience here but they happen to be the closest to my home and most convenient for me on a late night.

Their customer service is horrible I tried ordering wings and the front desk lady didn’t hear me correctly and gave me the wrong wing. Another thing I saw was workers in the back had their phones out while they were making the food (really unsanitary).
