He was busy flirting with the other girl and not even giving attention to the customers who are there to pickup their online orders. I had to wait 15 minute extra

I’ve tried this place twice and both times the service was bad, management is not of help, my order sat in the back for 10min and I saw it asked about my order and the staff kept saying no even with me showing them the name on my phone. After realizing they gave a look with no accommodation. I will not be back and I’ve told my whole company as well. On another occasion the order was never delivered even after I called and ordered directly from their website. Food cold as well.

Ordered food via an app and when the order didn’t include all the items we ordered I contacted the store. The employee that answered the phone seemed annoyed and informed me that if we wanted the remainder of our order we’d have to come pick it up.

They are super busy and I bet they're slammed on game day
The dining room was shabby when I was there and they obviously forgot my order or gave it away to someone else because I had to wait for an order of fries after ordering and coming back 10 mins later.
I don't get wings from places like this because they aren't good. Always soggy. You know it and I know it.
I got the voodoo fries and wanted the sauces on the side because they'll get soggy. But they sauced them anyway. So they lost my fries and then made them wrong. I wanted to hate it because they were of course soggy But the Voodoo Fries were good. They layered the sauces and the flavors were strong
Their food is soggy. But I do recommend the Voodoo Fries.

Based off of other reviews this location is hit or miss. Today I hit with BOGO and Delivery. The food was fine and prepped well. Cooked, well done with no items missing or lacking. However the delivery (they use DoorDash) is where that was not good. But this review is for the food only. The driver was lost in the sauce, and had lack professional over the phone.

The place looked like it could use a good cleaning but the wings were outstanding! My order for 10 wings took longer than I imagined it would at 20 minutes. The cost for dipping sauce is high IMO, at least 1 should be offered with the cost for an order of 12 wings.

My son and I visit today started off questionable, however the manager stepped in and resolved concerns faster than I could blink. We had a good experience thanks to the manager on duty!!! We will be back!!

Such a rude front manager on carryout orders. Website was a little misleading on what was included in a special meal deal pack and was so incredibly offensive. Also they dont answer their phones. Wont be going back to this particular wingstop. Regional management should do something. IT looks like a lot are fed up with this place.
