I thought the place was great! We were here completely randomly while on a drive to Richmond for soccer tourney. The place is enormous. I was almost shocked at how big it was. The decor was great and there was a bar and many TVs playing all kinds of mostly sports programs. The service and burgers were great. My son is pretty picky but he devoured his burger. I actually ordered a salad with salmon. The salmon was grilled to perfection. Flaky and juicy. Loved this place!

We came to this spot for a meeting. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was delicious. We loved this place very much and we shall definitely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

The first time I tried this place I got the prime rib burger carry out which was great. My husband and I dined in for Valentine's day and I can sum up that the food is mediocre/good but service is pretty bad. Zinburger is a wine bar, but our server knew nothing about wine. Not trying to be rude here, just a fact-- I had her bring me a sample of each Chardonnay and she brought me a white and a red and told me they were both Chardonnay. I told her that I thought Chardonnay was white (I don't know that much about wine either!). Anyways, the red that she brought had gone bad-- really bad! In fact, my husband and I thought it was a port and we ordered it!! When she brought the wine, she just left it unopened on the table and walked away (I thought this is really laid back wine service!). We tried the wine, realized it was not what we had tasted, and flagged a manager, who offered no explanation until I verbally processed that "maybe the sample had gone bad?" and he slowly nodded his head in agreement. Our burgers were very well done and we had ordered medium. Our salad never came. I flagged down the same manager who then brought us our salad and said it was on the house. In my opinion, when you choose a restaurant (especially on a holiday) and several things go wrong, there should be more of an intentional attempt to make up for the bad service (not just a free $9 salad). And I just can't overlook the fact that it's a wine bar, but our server had no clue about wine and clearly whoever poured the sample didn't notice that it was brown and old!!

Juicy burger! Delicious!! The burgers comes alone . Sides are ordered and charged separately . Price a bit high but worth it. Kobe with zucchini fries was 22. 15 for burger and 7 for fries. They have a great selection of wine as well

Don't you ever get those cravings where you're like: I just. Want. A burger. And that's exactly what I did. I didn't want to stoop so low as to get something fast from Micky D's but I also didn't want anything fancy shmancy. I got a plain burger (the order with one beef patty) with mayo, lettuce, ketchup, American cheese and tomatoes. And it was AMAZING. Craving totally satisfied. My family and I also shared some loaded chili fries which were kinda disappointing. They were very loaded AT ALL and very incredibly soggy. I understand then getting soggy over time, but not right when they come out. But seriously, it was an incredible burger. So if you want good and simple, to satisfy a craving, come on over here! If you want some other crazy burgers, come here too. Happy eating, yelpers!

Not only does this place serve your standard burgers, but they have specialty ones and I had their burger of the week which was like a topless bun burger in a garlicky sauce with arugula omg it was so good. They also have AMAZING milkshakes and you can even spike them (; will be back. Bri was awesome at helping decide what to eat/drink and super sweet!

Zinburger has become a staple in our family. The burgers are amazing, service is top notch, and the drinks are pretty good as well. One of the best things about Zinburger is the ability to customize your own burger-- love it!

Came for the first time this past Sunday afternoon and I must say the food was descent but the server could use some work. She was very dismissive and very dry (if that makes sense). She gave us the impression that she didn't want to be there that day and could be doing something better. Sometimes the food might be mediocre but the experience and service can make up for that. In this situation the service ruined the experience. Despite the food, I probably would not come back nor recommend this place anyone. For the price, you could get a much better burger and not have to deal with horrible service.

This place is awesome. They have delicious specialty burgers and shakes! The sides all come separately and are quite large so I recxomend sharing if you can. I had the special of the week "burger" which I cannot recall the name of but I believe it started with an "M"(?) LOL it was DELICIOUS. Like probably one of my new favourites, it only comes with a bottom bun (which is perfect because i and sometimes too much bread overwhelms the burger itself) and this amazing sauce I will 100% be ordering again. The staff is amazing, in particular Bri who was so helpful and patient with me as I am so severely indecisive. They're all so friendly and is a great place to get a bite to eat or do a nice lunch or dinner with a friend. TRY THEIR MILKSHAKES, you will not be disappointed. Also you can make them adult...(; Anyways, 5 out of 5 stars! Will be back very shortly with a large appetite.
