Ann's Lobster Rolls

My wife and I normally visit restaurants weekly and we offer a very objective review of the food, the atmosphere, and the service. I came across Ann’s lobster rolls and absolutely had to try them. The thing that got me was all the photos of people who have visited with the portions of lobster and crab, it was very obvious. I tried it today and I was very disappointed. Look at the photos that I am posting versus the Photos of everybody else, very different. My expectations were higher than this. All of this for $100

Fish sandwich is delicious, it's my go to place to get my fish sandwiches now!!! Was trying to save some for later, but it was to good so I ate it all up!

I come from Canada BC and finding really great seafood has been a difficult task, Anns delivered HARD! Friendly amazing staff as well. My husband and I popped over for some dinner, he’s not big on seafood but compromised for me, he got a grilled cheese and fries and I got the lobster roll, apparently people eat them with forks which I didn’t know I picked the whole thing up haha. Great time great little spot! Can’t wait to visit again. :) thanks Vicky!

Great spot. Lobster rolls are normally prepared hot here. However, although it messed with their traditional recipe they customized it cold just for us. It was still amazing. Great customer service and even better lobster rolls.

Fresh seafood totally with the price. So good! This was a pleasant surprise for a delicious lunch. Service was friendly and fast.

My Mom and I were at the Nursery next door to Ann's. When she started experiencing what we now know was a blood sugar low, I said hey...let's get a lobster roll from next door. Getting her in the car, I walked over and into a small, unassuming shop. Ann was AMAZING as was her husband. I ordered two rolls and then went to move the car. Upon moving the car in front of the building, Ann came out, met my dog and she and her husband brought the food to the car as Mom was shaky. Not only that, she brought us two of their phenomenal brownies. So kind and this is customer service above and beyond. Not only that, the lobster rolls were PHENOMENAL. I have not had anything so good since I was last in Maine. I considered not posting a review so this gem could be a little more secret but no way. This husband/wife team are the absolute best. They deserve all the business and I cannot be more thankful for their kindness and hospitality. Thank you Ann and Hubs. We are your biggest fans!

Hate that I am posting this but this place is amazing. Best food, best service, awesome owners. It is a must have!!!

I absolutely love their Trio rolls, It comes with lobster, crab and shrimp and it's seasoned to perfection. Me and my wife come here all the time and have become more like family because the owners are absolutely amazing and so friendly. Oh and don't forget to ask for the special sauce to dip or put on your roll. And the homemade banana pudding is to die for, you have to have it

This place was fun! We stopped here for some lunch after a morning at the Marine Corps Museum. It looks questionable from the outside and is easy to miss with the small signage, however, the seafood is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. (Carry out only due to the pandemic and they definitely do take credit cards). I was skeptical until another customer showed me her crab roll. Huge chunks of lump backfin! They have quality and they don’t skimp! The pictures speak for themselves. Huge pieces of delicious juicy lobster, lump crab, and shrimp, cooked right now. They separated the seafood from the roll so it wouldn’t get soggy, since it’s carry out, and we built our own rolls when we got home. You get what you pay for here and as it turns out, you can buy happiness!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Super friendly and accommodating, remembers customers like Cheers back in the day. Great chunks of crab and lobster on tender buttery bread, cooked to taste. Small Mom and Pop Business so I am 100% thrilled to support anyway, but compared to major establishments, this place rocks! Added bonus: great open space for gatherings. NOTE: Phones are/were temporarily down as of 4/19/2022 but they're open!

I cannot stress this enough. GO EAT HERE. The food is fantastic, well worth the price. Portions are HUGE and it's probably one of the best lobster rolls I've ever had. And this place is in stafford? Blows my mind. Also Nicki is as sweet as pie and took great care of my friend and I when we stopped by and had lunch. If there is ever a local business I will go out of my way to support it is this one.Also to add they can package to go orders broken down so they don't get soggy.

Ann's Lobster Rolls lives up to its name by serving excellent rolls with lobster and/or more on them.Do I think you should go here? YesDo I think it's worth the money? Yes.For $28.99, Ann's Trio Roll was an experience. With shrimp, crab, and lobster all cooked on the spot as soon as you order your food, I have no complaints. The roll was fresh, buttery, and took my tastebuds out like like a prom date. Everything blended well and don't worry, they didn't throw Old Bay on there like it's a filler. The whole shabang was seasoned with Old Bay so that it added to the flavor without becoming the flavor. The Trio Roll was the best Seafood Roll I have ever had. The sides you get are a choice of a pre-made store-purchased cookie or a bag of chips paired with a choice of soda, tea, or water from the fridge.My service was great and left me more than satisfied with the whole place. If I'm ever back in the area, I would love to stop by.

We were greeted at the door by Nicole who was so friendly and inviting! She made some great suggestions on what to order and John served them up perfectly! Can’t wait to come back when we are in town! Would love to try some of their soup and famous banana pudding she told us about!
