“I came in to dine at Applebees tonight and Dominique was my bartender. She was amazing and the food was good . She had one bar guest that was very disrespectful to her and using a racial slur. The Manager was sitting in the office when the bar guest walked out on the tab. Dominique was telling him he didn’t pay and she went out to get the payment from him. He then got in his vehicle, appeared to try to hit her with his vehicle, and call her a racist despite the fact he was the one who was using a racial slur.”

“PHO 72 is our go to and absolute favorite spot for pho and fried rice. Their broth is flavorful, rich, and delicious. The noodles are cooked just right, not crushed, the beef is crunchy but not chewy, and the accompaniments eg lemon, basil and bean sprouts makes it just right. Their fried rice - shrimp fried rice is our favorite, has that golden, crispy perfection. Tonight, I went in to purchase some meals for the week and got stuck due to bad thunderstorms and wind. The owner offered myself and a few other customers his umbrella. He gave my daughter crayons and a coloring activity while we waited inside. Once the wind stopped, we made it to the car with the umbrella and the nice woman that works at the register met me outside to grab the umbrella so I didn’t have to leave my daughter in the car. Not only do they have excellent service and meals, but they are very kind. Thank you!”

“Customer service wasn’t the greatest, but I think it was mostly due to a language barrier, so I wasn’t too concerned. They had my food ready quickly, and I was in and out.
I got the chicken with noodles on the side, and I was honestly impressed with how much food I got for $10! They definitely didn’t skimp on the chicken, either. It wasn’t the most mind-blowing hibachi I’ve ever had, but it did the job. Everything was a good value, and it’s nice to have an express hibachi spot right here in Stafford.”

“We came in for lunch on a Thursday and they were quite busy, but the service was spot-on, prompt, friendly, and great! I love authentic Chinese food, I’m not too much of a fan of this American style Chinese, but I do appreciate it occasionally and since this particular location of Panda Express was recently opened I wanted to try it – It definitely didn’t disappoint!

I tried their Kung Poa (my first time having this dish in over 20 years) and it was great! It had the right level of spice to it (which is hot), the texture of the chicken was great too and the flavor of the sauce was excellent! So, I ended up getting this, beef & broccoli, black pepper chicken (the one thing I luv at all Panda joints), and their lo mien as a starch – It was all great! Lots of flavor from the individual proteins and the lo mien was very nicely made!

I love their sauces too, they are simply the BEST of ANY carry-out Chinese joint!!! Their hot sauce is a spiked up version of sriracha and it’s sooo much better than sriracha! Their hot mustard is great too.

Customer service was excellent here… the guy who plated our food was pleasant and helpful. He was patient and gave amazing service! The lady who rang us up was equally as excellent!

This is a new place, but they are starting off right! This is the example of what anew restaurant should be! I hate when I try a new restaurant and it’s not spot on perfect… if it’s not great when they’re new, freshly trained, and paying attention to everything, it’s only going to get worse – not better! Stop making excuses for subpar places. In this case, I hope they’re able to keep everything going nicely, as I’ll definitely be back!”

“I have to give props to a local restaurant. Super Rico Stafford. We ordered through door dash and half of our order was missing. Our dasher was nice but not interested in going back to get the rest of our order. He asked and they told him that was all of our order.... I called Super Rico and the gentleman that answered the phone saw the other half of our order... he offered to deliver it to us himself. He was at my door in 15 mins. He was SUPER apologetic and admitted it was thier fault. Thank you Super Rico for your great food and great customer service!!”
