Our IHOP visit in Stafford for my wife's birthday breakfast disappointed us in terms of service and food quality.We arrived just after 10:30, faced a prolonged wait before being acknowledged, and waited nearly an hour for our food. Devaughan, our server, recognized our frustration only after an hour and informed us of an order issue. Won't be going here anymore.We ordered 2 breakfast samplers and a kids breakfast with 1 extra egg. 2 coffees and a milkshake.$85 PLUS tip!!... No thanks, I'm done here. These prices are out of hand

This is arguably the worst IHOP I've ever been to, and thebexpectations were on the floor to begin with. The restaurant just has this dirty feeling to it, tables are overly cramped, and the staff feels like they just don't want to be there. I stopped coming here in favor of Bob Evens.
