“Update from a month agoUnfortunately, just like so many other places, there is a lack of consistency when it comes to quality of food, specifically for phone, take out ordersI have ordered this item a couple of times and each time the quality of the food served was less than I expected. The last time the chorizo was greasy, some of the potatoes were cold/hard and shortly after eating this, it upset my stomach; probably the grease.I was not going to return, but decided to try the vegetarian version. Instead of egg whites, the cook decided to do a fried egg. I was not in the mood for sending food back or having to wait for my order to be prepared correctly.This is why I expect my order to be repeated back to me, of which it was, yet my order was still not prepared correctly. My egg whites are always scrambled and there was yellow in the egg indicating that there was yoke and not egg whites.?This lack of consistency eliminates my desire to patronize this establishment...at least for phone, take out orders. ?Initial reviewWas looking for a good brunch with good reviews. “This downtown restaurant in Quantico is absolutely the BEST. The warm and professional staff, alongside the attentive owners, extend a familial welcome with each visit. I find myself drawn here nearly every lunchtime, captivated by the incredible food. Every dish bursts with flavor. The pristine kitchen and dining area reflect the dedication of the hardworking staff. It's an absolute gem that I simply adore! Will always recommend!“
“My second visit. Had been fasting for doctor appointment so I was very hungry. Fresh hot coffee, sausage gravy on biscuits with two perfect over easy eggs & grits. Relaxing atmosphere, ate it all !! Will be back next time I need some local comfort food. Thanks y'all ?“
“We walked out of the Waffle House in Dumfries after sitting for nearly 15 minutes without anyone even offering us coffee. They weren't busy - 5 customers inside and 6 employees on the floor to include the manager, and NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED US (except the woman who gave us menus).BUT we came to this one in Fredericksburg and hit the jackpot! Our server, Elnora, was super friendly and hospitable. She is like warm sunshine and the cook, Bernard, is stellar! Our food was hot and delicious, and he was kind. We will drive every weekend down to this one because it is worth it!“
