“Came here for Mother’s Day around 6:30pm. We joined the waitlist prior to coming therefore we only ended up waiting 5 minutes for our table. Our waitress was very friendly but the service wasn’t great. When our blooming onion appetizer came, it was burnt and not much actual onion in it. We had to ask for utensils, extra napkins and drinks. We waited approximately an hour and a half before our food arrived. The salad was forgotten and an order of French fries. I enjoyed the filet and lobster tail, my husband didn’t particularly care for the burger. It definitely looked like a pre-frozen patty.“

“I ordered green curry with chicken and a thai iced tea. The curry was spicier than I expected - I was literally crying. It was very tasty though. I ended up taking half of it to go and it was easier to eat later in the evening when it wasn’t also temperature hot.

I came in with a large group; we asked for separate checks, and not a peep of complaint. They were happy to accommodate, which I found refreshing.“

“Our family regularly frequents this cafe. The food is always a hit - even my darling persnickety eaters enjoy the food selection here. There is something for everyone. We often share food as so many options appeal it’s hard to narrow it down. My girls get the fancy coffee drinks and love them. The inexpensive locally made seasonal items for sale are fun to peruse - great selection of handcrafted gifts for every budget. Staff treat us like old friends. And despite the cacophony of sounds babies make and mess they sometimes leave behind despite our best efforts, the wait staff are wonderful and helpful. “We have been ordering pizza, sandwiches, Italian dinners, and sides from Sam's for years. Everything has always been excellent - until today. Imagine my surprise when the previously very good French Fries arrived in our order. They were COATED with something....potato starch, flour, ??? TERRIBLE FRIES. Good French fries, whether frozen or fresh, do not need any kind of coating. These were not edible. They went in the trash. I will not order their French fries again until they go back to uncoated ones.“

“This was our first time ordering from The China Wok. We ordered our lunch via the internet for pick up. As a customer service manager with 18 years of experience for a business, I know what to look for when it comes to customer service excellence and can honestly say my experience here was beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely helpful regarding a question I had about my online billing and I thought they handled it very well. (Unfortunately, so many businesses fail to respond in the correct manner in situations like these. Thankfully that was not the case.)

If you haven’t eaten here, you’re missing out. The portions were much larger than anticipated and the food was amazing ! We ordered the General Tso’s Chicken, Hunan Beef, and Chicken LoMein. So thankful to have found this little hidden gem and it feels good to support a local small business that really seems to care about their food quality and service! “Was at the gas station and decided to place our order online for pickup. Drove over to Hong Kong and waited in their seating area for our order (I hadn't given them enough time between order and pickup).

The seating area was fine for casual dining, but I was taking the order home for the family. I can easily see dining in.

They delivered my food wrapped up tight and ready to go. We had chicken curry, sweet-n-sour chicken, combination lo mein, and steamed dumplings. The dumplings were a little more doughy than we are used to, but all of the other food was tasty. We will be ordering again from them.

But staff was really great about accommodating our unannounced soccer team (~30 people between players, parents, siblings - 11 separate checks, with players at one table, families at 3 other tables). They figured it all out and remained friendly through the chaos.“
