My order should have been ready between 12:05-10 but it was
late by 20 min and once I got it- still not right.

My grip is they never answer the phone! Also, the last 2 times I've order online, the order has been wrong. I order the Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms--no mushrooms. I asked for the wings to be extra crispy...now, its not even an option when ordering online. I have to order online and take the take food back because THEY. DO. NOT. ANSWER. THE. PHONE! SMH...what happened? When yall first opened, I was happy with service. I was ordering there at least once a week.
We've been coming here for awhile and the customer service is always friendly. The space is very clean (love that) and as long as you dine in, the food is consistently good. I lived in Atlanta for 13 years so I'm really picky about my wings. I did notice a difference in food/order quality when we ordered take out. So that's why I recommend you dine in b/c everything comes out hot and fresh.

Customers enjoy hand-cut fries, sweet potato fries, and huge onion rings, though some experimental dishes like the beef egg roll receive mixed reviews. The atmosphere is excellent, with a large dining area and clean restrooms, ideal for travelers passing through on Highway 95. While most staff are polite and respectful, occasional service complaints arise. Overall, the food is awesome, fresher and tastier than Wingstop or McDonald’s, leaving guests satisfied and eager to return.
