“My favorite bar in Stafford! The staff is very friendly and on top of their game! The food is great! I highly recommend the wings, pizza, and cheesesteaks! The owner, Dave, is always welcoming and appreciates his patrons. The weekly specials are also great! Taco Tuesday, Wing Wednesday, Karaoke Thursday, and normally live bands on Friday! They also have a delicious brunch Saturday and Sundays!!“

“We stay at the hooked on Best Western, on our way up North. This place is convenient when you don’t want to get back in the car. We ate here last year and it was fine. We were a little nervous after the recent reviews, this year. But there’s really not much else in walking distance. We walked in and were promptly greeted by the friendliest bartender, that told us to sit where we like. The bar was pretty full of people and she seemed to be the only one working. So they may be short staffed. We chose a table as we’re a family of 4, and she came right over. We put our drinks in and were told they’re out of French fries, we were fine with that. Drinks were good, food ended up being good, and the manager was rushing all over helping the girl at the bar get the orders out. His name was “Broadway”, I’m almost certain he said. He was really friendly, hard working and gave us great advice on how to get out of the area in the morning to avoid grid lock traffic. We were happy we gave them a chance and we’ll be back again next year!“
“People usually express thier opinions on service rendered when things go badly. I want to take the time to acknowledge the Applebees in Stafford. I ordered some items for pick up on 3/23 at 1015 online. After my purchase, I received an email that my order would be ready at 1031. I arrived at 1034 but didnt receieve my food until 30 mins later. Half of my order was cold and the fries were very old. I asked to speak with the manager. After speaking to him, he was very apologetic, and ensured my order was rectified and made every attempt to ensure I was satisfied with my order. The young lady (Alicia I think) was also very helpful and professional. This isnt always the case at some restaurants. I will continue to go to applebees bc of the food but more importantly, the service.“
“Went to a local dive bar.I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go to McDonald’s and go home… I do Uber and this place is in the middle of where the Uber trips come from in Fredericksburg.I had dropped somebody off near the area and saw all the cute places, so I circled it about 10 times praying to god on whether I needed a burger or I needed $10 and no burger…I got the best burger I’ve had in years.Absolute banger burger.Swiss cheese, sautéed portobello, grilled red onion, several hefty slices of crispy bacon, beef was excellent quality, exactly as much carbon from the grill as I would want on a grilled burger, on evenly toasted brioche.They made it extra special for me and did fried pickles as the side instead of fries.The flavors, and everything was hot and perfectly crispy. I will be returning there very soon.Whenever an Uber passenger from the VRE asks me “what’s good around here” I will have the answer.“
“I’ve eaten here 3 times in the past 2 weeks because the first time I dont know what it was but the hamburger and fries were so good I kept thinking about them, so I had to go back the next week! service. “David was our server tonight and he is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I hope he’s our server every time now. He’s very kind, interactive, and has us laughing the whole time! Never had better service. Above all this was super bowl night and he had our alcohol drinks out within 5 minutes of ordering fastest we’ve had at this location all because of David being on his game!“
“A major shoutout to Phil, my friend and I came to jays for a good time and we ordered some food well with how crazy it is, my fries came out and I wasn’t made aware of it so they got cold, Phil immediately was like let me get you a fresh batch since you waited so long, I immediately was like thank you so much what’s your name and he told me. He never got an attitude or made me feel that my feelings were invalid because I waited and we needed to see what was going on! “Great wings I love this place and my family and I come every Wednesday usually service is great. But today we didn't even get greeted and sat there without drinks for 30 minutes while waiters served other tables next to ours. Its worth mentioning that one of the waiters today might have been new as we havent seen her before but overall it's an amazing restaurant but we were not satisfied with our service today.“
