“Stopped by on a whim. Wanted to watch the football games. The food was amazing, a hybrid of korean/American bar food. The service was on point, Brandon and Samy took care of of me like I was one of the family. Everyone playing pool was soo friendly and there was so many tvs playing the games. Ill definitely be back just for the hospitality and food.“

“A lot of beer places typically have mid food - not this place. We honestly come here sometimes just for the food. It’s seriously so good, healthy, and fresh. Their outdoor patio is nicer than their interior in my opinion (it gets loud inside), but either is good.“

“What a hidden gem in Fairfax! We absolutely loved Kelly’s Oyster House & Bar. The building itself has so much character and gives you that cozy, old-school neighborhood feel that is getting harder and harder to find.
The food was fantastic, and the oysters were fresh and beautifully served. The menu has a great selection of seafood and specials, but whatever you order, do not leave without dessert! Their dessert selection is wonderful, and the Hula Pie was AMAZING , easily one of the highlights of our meal.

Just visited this new Ethiopian restaurant and was blown away! They serve fresh meat just like back home—raw, tender, and perfectly seasoned. It’s hard to find this kind of quality and authenticity around here. The service was excellent, and the team made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. No complicated menu—just amazing food done right. If you know good Ethiopian cuisine, this spot is going to be one of the best in the area. Highly recommend!“

“I want to recognize Ally for providing outstanding service. She was friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment she greeted me. She made sure my drink was always full, checked in regularly without being overbearing, and made sure my order was exactly right.

What really stood out was her positive attitude and genuine kindness. Even while staying busy, she never seemed rushed and made me feel like a valued customer. It's rare to receive service that's both professional and personable, and she absolutely delivered.

“At the I was there I was a customer there that was 20 years ago from 1999-2002. It was a great atmosphere everyone that worked there at the time were very friendly and I got along with everyone. I met alot of people and made friends there. I live in North Carolina permanently with family I left Washington D.C area in 2017 and I regret not visiting back at Hard times before I left. “We love Astro Beer Hall! It’s a great spot for watching our local DC sports teams and far flung games like the NFL in Europe. There’s a wide variety of food on the menu - something for everyone! There’s an extensive draft beer selection and a speciality cocktail menu if you’re looking for something adventurous. The staff keeps us coming back.“

“Del Ray Pizzeria is a neighborhood icon! Best pizza in the DMV area, friendly staff, and an excellent beer list. It really is just a one of a kind neighborhood spot: kids coloring menus with family events, outdoor dining with lots of dogs, inventive cocktails, constantly rotating beer menus, drag shows, bingo nights, live performances, lots of locals, and a sports always playing on one or all of the televisions. Most unique of all: Flipside Speakeasy is located right above the restaurant offering a quieter atmosphere, even MORE cocktails, and a great vinyl record selection! Both are a must see on anybody’s bar hopping excursion through Del Ray.“

“Wonderful pub. Since it was just us they let us watch avengers on the tv, another family came in and they kept one tv as avengers. It was like dinner and a movie night. The portions were huge. You could order a side and be fine for a meal. They had some really great inexpensive wines too. Wonderful atmosphere and experience and super kid friendly.“
