My husband called to ask about the father's day deal and they confirmed it was 2 hour unlimited play. We got an Uber from Capital Hill and got here at 5:55. They informed us they were closing at 6 (even though they are supposed to close at 8). When we asked why they were closing early they said "it was just too slow today so we are closing at 6". Terrible customer service. They could have told us when we called at 5:30 that they were closing early. Instead we have an upset kid...read full review
Came in and sat for 15 minutes without being acknowledged a single time. Got up and left without anyone caring. Horrible service.
what an amazing team!! rocked my son's 10th birthday and we can't wait until we visit again!
