Ive drove by three times, closed when hours said its open. Called 2 times, phones never work. I really wanted a good lobster roll from a local non-chain. too bad. Cant speak about ambiance if theyre never open

I tried their lobster rolls a while back. I can't recommend them. I really wanted to like this place, however, it was well over 80 degrees in the restaurant, the lobster rolls were ok but when you factor in the price they just dont cut it. I know lobster rolls are usually expensive, but they are usually worth it. I have had much better. If the restaurant looked decent inside maybe i could have enjoyed it more and overlooked the mediocre rolls.

Doesn't look like much from the outside. We decided to give this place a try, the staff was very friendly! We actually really loved the taste of the food. We all got the Trio Roll, it came with a drink and a bag of chips for about $30. As a con or possible improvement for this small business is to maybe offer a bigger portion or multiple rolls for the price. Also, maybe offer fresh lemon wedges to top your rolls with. Overall, great place, highly recommend.

My first visit was surprisingly disappointing based off of the food I received and some of the photos im seeing from others who have posted here. There is no consistency that I'm seeing in these reviews, I feel with the amount of money I spent, I was shorted

My wife and I normally visit restaurants weekly and we offer a very objective review of the food, the atmosphere, and the service. I came across Ann’s lobster rolls and absolutely had to try them. The thing that got me was all the photos of people who have visited with the portions of lobster and crab, it was very obvious. I tried it today and I was very disappointed. Look at the photos that I am posting versus the Photos of everybody else, very different. My expectations were higher than this. All of this for $100

I come from Canada BC and finding really great seafood has been a difficult task, Anns delivered HARD! Friendly amazing staff as well. My husband and I popped over for some dinner, he’s not big on seafood but compromised for me, he got a grilled cheese and fries and I got the lobster roll, apparently people eat them with forks which I didn’t know I picked the whole thing up haha. Great time great little spot! Can’t wait to visit again. :) thanks Vicky!

I can’t stress it enough finding a place like this is one in a million, a lot of places make me feel rushed or unwelcome because of my tattoos and how I dress or simply my hair. This is a judgement free place where I actually felt comfortable sitting in and eating! Thank you!
Great spot. Lobster rolls are normally prepared hot here. However, although it messed with their traditional recipe they customized it cold just for us. It was still amazing. Great customer service and even better lobster rolls.

Great non-chain restaurant with very friendly staff. We were the only customers while dining there, and they were able to accommodate a party of seven quickly. We ordered lobster rolls, crab rolls, and the trio. The rolls were definitely full of delicious crustaceans--they did not skimp. The fries were pretty good too. Only knock was the temp inside the restaurant was uncomfortably hot; granted it was unbearable outside with the heat and humidity. It would have been nice to relax and enjoy our meal, but we ate pretty fast as we were hungry.

The Trio Roll was awesome. It came with Chips & soda. Very tasty & special sauce is a winner! Small place with courteous staff. Looks like they will have some live entertainment coming on weekends. Paid about $30 for the lobster trip roll (lobster, shrimp & crab ) kinda pricey but absolutely worth it if you can afford it. I'll be back.
