The food was good, but when I ordered my mac & cheese, there’s barely any cheese and got extra cheese on a burger, but barely any cheese

The trio deal is a great value and decent food.

This was the saltiest food I've ever had. Had to scrape off the salt just to eat.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The most nastiest place I have ever been to. I came here with my family for the first time and I can say I will never be back. Servers were disrespectful, and when I got told them to get the manager, managers attitude had horrible attitude, and they were not accommodating to the mess ups on they’re in . It was almost like they were careless. Plates had stains from previous foods. Absolutely unacceptable.
I will never bring my family back here.

Came with my family at 10:40pm. They acted like they did not want to serve anyone which is sad because the manager philip that use to work there I am really good friends with and I am sure he would be so disappointed how they treated a customer. I could hear two of the works talking as I went to the restroom and was debating on who was going to serve. They made up an excuse and said that they only had certain fried foods left. I already knew it probably was not the truth and I had already made up my mind not to give them business. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings again and completely different service. Skip Applebees

Just disappointing very empty and they proceeded to bring me the completely wrong entree when I informed them they took my plate and brought the exact same thing out still charged me for things I didn’t ordered

Tiffany S was our waitress she was great but the food was not up to par with other Applebee's. Would not recommend but the Fredericksburg location is good.

Came in on a Saturday night, not super busy. Server was nice and sweet, but our food came out in waves. We mentioned some food was cold when we got it. Felt like the manager dug into the waitress a bit. Maybe some kitchen mismanagement there. Also, no cheese on my chicken fajita rollup (healthier that way, but that's a major part of that dish). Gave two stars because of the kitchen.

Even with an empty restaurant, be prepared to wait. The last four times I went with an empty restaurant was a 2 hour experience

Don't show up here if you want your mobile order without a side of attitude. Pickup ready at 11:40PM, Saturday July 12 ,2025. Arrive at 11:48PM. All the doors locked. Looked st one woman employee who looked right at me. Countinued sweeping, looking up in disgust that someonw was banging on the window to get their food as she would NOT be bothered with me and instead flew off on her broom like the little witch she was back to the back to go hide, obviously annoyed that someone was showing up to puck their food up that left a 15% tip for nothing. Another lady came out from the back and unlocked the door to get my food. Sad part is each time I was in their I gave a nice tip each time. Clean house. Chef was alright, food was decent, piss poor basic customer service. Done with the place.
