These guys suck.The food us average quality (it's fast food and an Arby's) but they're soooo slooooow. Multiple times I've sat there for 15-20 minutes in a DRIVE THRU waiting for my food. Some of the cashiers are borderline braindead as well.
Food was good but the gentleman at the drive thru window today acted like he would’ve rather been anywhere but there. Rude when I placed my order and no more friendly face to face at the window. Could hear him cursing inside talking to the other employee. I give 3 stars because I’ve had decent service here but the good times are few and far between. I usually remember with each visit why I don’t eat here more frequently and it’s the service that deters me and not necessarily the food quality.

It’s been several years since I visited an Arby’s and I always used to really like their food, so since I was in the area one weekday, I stopped in for lunch. The staff working there were really friendly and helpful. The menu is still appetizing, I could only hope that the items I was about to order would be prepared to spec and be as awesome.I tried a couple of their sliders; the Buffalo Chicken and the Jalapeño beef and both were excellent. The Buffalo was fresh, piping hot, and spicy too. I also tried their curly fries and they were OK, but a little on the cool side, so they might have been sitting in the bin before being served. Finally, I tried their Smokehouse Brisket and it was decent, but not nearly as good as those sliders.The lobby was decent, but all the sauces were empty. I asked for sauce at the counter and they gave me packets, as well as came out and filled the containers in the lobby.Overall – it was a nice visit and I’d return.

They don't even deserve a star. If I come to an establishment at 9:30pm and the closing hours are 10pm I should not receive cold to the touch food. The young man who was respectful and yet still chose to serve me cold food. Food you can tell has been sitting there for a while. If the employees here don't want to work or serve food that is edible and up to the food safety standards people can get sick for eating things that they feel like they can just shove off to people.

Shorted me 2 fries, 1 drink and the drinks, we paid for larger sizes but they only filled the cups up 2/3 of the way... with diet versions of our drink and we didnt ask for any diet drinks.They won't answer the phone and didn't give me a receipt so nothing I can really do about it.I'm so stupid for not asking for that receipt and for not checking the order before driving away.The last $58 they'll get from me.
