i have delt with the bad manners here enough is enough and it’s been done so much to me im beginning to think its a race issue and or my sexuality first off do not ask about my mother i am a patron and my personal life does not matter that gives the wrong perspective to anyone second i gave you all a 100 dollar bill i made sure to count back of my change and you all stole 20 dollars out of my 100 and then gave me attitude when i caught you all and never gave it back you all ignore me each and every time i come into this baskin robbins you honestly ruin the company’s branding when you do that kindov stuff i use to love coming here the management needs to be investigated im not the only person obviously dealing with overly poor service here!!! and i would like my money back to or i will go to corporate for you stealing right out of my hands that is flat out wrong

They have a menu, but nothing on it is available. Staff didn’t care, if you want a $$$ scoop of ice cream in a stale cone. This is your spot! No sundaes, no sundae toppings, just freezer burnt ice cream. Walked out no purchase was made.

June 1st 2024, 2146 HRS. I requested two vanilla shakes and I was denied the service because they were almost closing and they didn't want to clean the blenders again. One lady behind me ordered another shake and was denied as well. Lack of customer service skills and attitudes are not good for the business.
You can tell that the young employees are not passionate for their jobs. I asked to speak to the manager and the cashier stated that there was no one on duty. So much competition out there, why should I go back?

Hannah was my absolute savior!! My mom was craving ice cream late night, and it was close to being closed. Maybe 5 minutes before close she made sure I got my pint of peanut butter chocolate ice cream for my mom, I hope she gets blessed in the future!! Thank you Hannah!!

Went in and they dont do samples?? What kind of baskin Robbins doesnt do samples? The owners are very CHEAP and cut close to anything they can without spending money. The "policies" are ridiculous. The people working there are nice but it needs new MANAGEMENT asap.

The night shift manager Liam is amazing he work helped with my daughters birthday cake it came out perfect and it was ready on time. Sad I couldn't say thank you because he works nights.

Tried to enter 15 minutes before closing, there was an employee standing at the door with it locked. There was only two people inside.
