Most of the time we have great experiences at this location. Last time we went the waitress was somewhat condescending. Additionally, the sausage was burned, the potatoes were soggy, and the toast was simply bread that appeared ripped in half by hand. I think it just depends on who is on shift. Be prepared to be disappointed or just a normal, basic dining experience.

I always enjoy coming here with my service dog, Athena. They are supper accommodating, polite and fun staff. I love how they make dishes with no black pepper (allergic), and servings are very full filling. Love breakfast all day, and dinner options are delicious as well. I have never had a friend or family come here with me walk out dissatisfied. It has always been a pleasure and will continue to come here.

The food was OK but not great portions were small. As soon as we sat down Was asked what we wanted to eat told the server we would need to look at the menu first. 2 min after getting the menu was asked if we were ready to order my family had never been to a Bob Evans and explained this to the server that we were not ready. We were then ignored for 30 min. I will not be going to this or another Bob Evans again.
