This is the third time I've been in this Restaurant, I talked to the guy who looked like the General Manager he was so friendly , he brought the food into my table and so friendly staff under New Management .The food was great 👍.

They have an outdated menu on the drive through, so when I tried to order something they didn’t have anymore the response I received was really unprofessional. I think she thought her microphone was off because sounded like she was talking to someone else. Over all just a poor experience.

This location is the worst Burger King in the world. The staff is rude as hell after mentioning they forgot fries for one meal and a juice for a kids meal. How the hell do u burn a bun (like black, black burned and wrapped it up so you cant see it untill you eat it) in one meal and in another meal the bun is stale,..hard as a rock, like not edible. I would advise anyone and everyone to not goto this location. The floor inside is sticky and the bathrooms smell like it hadn't been cleaned in a decade. The Manager should be fired for not noticing the interior and the cooks need to be retrianed or fired. This place is disgusting, save your money!!

Parking: BK seems to be a less popular place here in Stafford because of all the other fast food places. However, I ordered food on the app and it was ready fast. The food was hot and perfect for what you would expect from a BK restaurant. The tomato slices in my burger were thick and fresh! I've been going here for 30 years and the food has always been great.

This place is horrible., they give a very bad service to the food delivery driver, even they don’t respect them. Now I am here to pick up the order and waiting about one hour to have that, while they said the order will take 20 minutes, now they saying they don’t have control over the order when is ready. They lady who is on the window talks so rudely to me and she shut the window to my face.

There is only one Burger King in stafford.
I always like to go Burger King over McDonald coz of the food and flavor.
For the first time, I don’t want to go THIS Burger King ever again because the crews that I encountered at tonight were speechless.
I don’t want to even put the word “rude”.. I think whoever in charge of the night shift seriously should consider to hire other crews or train them better.
I guess I am not the only one who experienced horrendous customer service according to past reviews. I understand English can be very hard as an immigrant coz I am the living legal immigrant here. But, at least I know how to say sorry.
