Rude staff, went to the drive through, they told me to come inside, and ones I was in the restaurant, they told me to use the screen, because they ( employees) don’t take orders! What the heck????? So they just joking around , talking about dudes. ?? lol children . Very very disappointed. I love the Burger King at Woodbridge. And Lorton

Came through to order around 11pm and they told me it would be a 25-30 minute wait. When I asked why, The Spanish lady said she’s the only person there working. There was no body in the drive through line. I used to be an AGM for Carrol’s. It wouldn’t have taken that long. This is just pure laziness. Hire somebody who actually has some work ethics!

Today I decided to eat lunch at this Burger King. All the help behind the counter were all focused on their cell phones. Two employees walked pass me several times. Never ask if they could help me. I finally ask if someone could take my order. I got a rude response told me I could place my order at the kiosk then walked away. So I left went across the street and had an awesome Lunch at Subway. The service was incredible. I highly recommend going there instead of this Burger King.

My family has been going here since the 90s. It's a damn shame they treated my senior father like a second class citizen after decades of his loyalty. If an 80 year-old walks up to the counter to make a simple order, don't blow him off and tell him to use the kiosk. Take the damn order! Not only will I no longer allow him to go to this BK, but I will never take anyone in my family to any BK ever again. I hope McDonalds buys you out.

This is by far one of the worst Burger King’s I’ve been to. Not because of the service, but the way they are with the food. There is no reason you should ever get a sandwich looking like this. Also, if you order breakfast after 10 o’clock, they never have any biscuits. SMH

I went to this location at 8:26am on July 15, 2025. We pull up to the drive thru and she asks for one moment, which is fine. But 3 minutes go by without a response so we ask “Hello?” And then another minute of silence and we ask hello again. She gets on the mic “I said one moment.” And she said it in a very condescending manner. I believe this to be the manager in charge due to the collared shirt. And when we pull around to the window, she doesn’t smile, she doesn’t say thank you for business, and she did not make eye contact.

The service is excellent, but there's a person named Ashley who works at 10 p.m. and when you go to the drive-thru, she says she only accepts cash so she doesn't sell anything. She says she doesn't accept cards, so I had to go to McDonald's. There, they served me well without any problems. The boss should pay more attention to this situation, that's why he says there's 24-hour service.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Always AWESOME....some may choose to disagree...which is fine...but for a fast food burger...that actually tastes like it was cooked on a grill...not in a warmer pre made like ...well... ALL other franchises do...AWESOME....
Don’t order food from them through any delivery service they don’t care they will give you anything burned food sloppy food cold food it’s the worst I have it 6 different times all bad if ur not there don’t do it honestly I wouldn’t even waste time going to this one it’s management need help or something no one cares here
