We got delivery from this place via Door Dash. Hubby got the cheese steak and said it was fine, but not great (sorry I can't elaborate LOL). I ordered lemon pepper and buffalo wings. I ordered both extra crispy, but only the lemon pepper had any type of crisp on it, and it wasn't a lot.

Couldn't really blame the rubbery skin on the delivery b/c it was too loose and def wasn't ever crispy. That did diminish my enjoyment because I was excited to be able to order the wings like I like. But again the lemon pepper were decent and I'd probably just order fried wings and sauce on the side. Mozz sticks were ok, I did enjoy the sauce that came with it quite a bit.

Pleasant staff, clean dining area, quick service. With there being minimal cheesesteak options in this area, this bypasses expectations. Large portions as well.

Very busy location, the sandwiches doesn’t taste like the ones in the mall tho, no tomatoes barely any seasoning, but still good. The fries were season less and very disappointing.

I only had to wait two minutes to get my tasteless sandwich...mmmm Don't take this the wrong way, I know you're just starting out in this area, and I hope this helps you improve.

I tried the new Charleys and got the Philly cheesesteak combo. Supposedly it’s their specialty, but it wasn’t special. Barely any peppers, onions, or mushrooms, the portion was small, and the lettuce looked like it was cut with a hacksaw. The fries were non-remarkable, and the soda was the only thing they couldn’t mess up. The combo meal was $15.98 and completely forgettable. Not worth it.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch meal. I didn’t get half my sub. See picture. Paying $15+ for a meal you would expect to get the whole sub.

Got the Old School Cheesesteak. Ordered extra cheese sauce and paid a dollar for extra. The sandwich barely had any cheese on it when I got home. I just ate the driest cheesesteak I have ever had in my life. Service was great though and it was quick.

Cheese steak costing 12$ cant even afford enough steak to cover the bottom bun, all my tomato on one side, heated soggy bread in dead center like it was microwaved. Service was strange pulling out the card reader in drivethru out the window and asked me what my order # was as if I was not the only person in drive thru. Drive thru is also tiny and had to over correct since you need to start turning right beside the menu. Until I try another item that may be better, not worth the price.

I am so happy there is a Charley’s here. My only complaint for every Charleys I’ve ever ate at is the fries. They are never cooked all the way. They are not french fries. We asked for well-done french fries and we still got soggy half done french fries. The steak and cheese was delicious But they did forget my husband’s tomatoes on his sandwich.

The building is small, cramped, plastic and ugly. The cheesesteak tasted ok but there's hardly any meat or cheese...and it ain't cheap. Service was good. Why can't we get a real restaurant in Stafford?

Let me start by saying I grew up in the Philly area so I am accustomed to eating a real cheesesteak, that being said I always got a Whiz Wit the original steak which is ribeye, grilled onions and cheese whiz, the original Philly they serve has provolone which is a provolone steak, the onions and peppers were not grilled and for some reason they put mayo, lettuce and tomatoes on it which is actually a California steak and I don’t eat like those weirdos. The steak itself was flavored very good and cooked well but with the lack of Amoroso bread and all the additional toppings it made this a completely unoriginal Philly and subpar experience. The staff was friendly and the place is clean I recommend eating it if you like all the additional toppings I just don’t.

All I can say is BAD-ASS. Steak and cheese was awesome. Wasn't overcooked, very flavorful, and hot. Fry's were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Boneless Buffalo chicken was great and they went with the normal coke machine and not the freestyle machine. Thanks for coming to Stafford. Y'all Rock
