The food is always hot, you never wait long, the original chicken sandwich is always delectable with the right amount of crunchy batter, the staff members are always courteous, and when I went to the drive-thru with an obvious injury to my arm, the cashier told me she hoped that I feel better. Awwww how very sweet. 10x10 stars for this location!

Sonam was the nicest worker I’ve ever meet. It didn’t even seem fake, it seemed like she genuinely cared. There were customers being kinda rude to her but she was none the less gracious and kind and so helpful. I ordered 10 chicken minis online and before i could even ask for more sauce she was asking me if I needed more sauce bc I could only order two online and she figured I needed more. I don’t think I’ve seen her before but she is so amazing I hope I see a lot more of her. I come here probably once a week and all the workers are so freaking nice I love it!!!! This is the best chick fil la, the foods so good if I go to any of the ones out of town they always kinda suck. This one’s so good!

Services always excellent, nuggets and waffle fries was on point, the issue was the cobb salad, it had corn but only a 1/4 of a egg & it was sliced into 3pcs. The cookie tasted as if it was a day-old. This place was a little smaller than a regular Chick-fil-A the kids loud being kids & running back & fourth

I got 2 notifications from my bank about chick fil a charges. The first one for $10 & the second for $22.46. I logged onto my app, it showed $10 added to a chick fil a one card with a gift card then $10 with my card then an order placed for $22.46 (redeeming 400 points as well), I was able to click on the $10 & reverse it. I wasn’t able to report the order so I called the 1800 number and spoke to Julie Chick-fil-A CARES CARE0817542, she helped me reset the account info but told me the stores are independent and to contact the restaurant for a refund. I did and talked to the “manager” Amanda. She sounds clueless and doesn’t even sound confident, I told her to let me get the order number she says “we’re busy I’m going to let you go & call back” so I do, then she asks if I have the order, no! Duh! That’s what I explained, she puts me on hold for forever to talk to her director just to come back and tell me it sounds sketchy and to call the bank. I don’t appreciate being told I’m “sketchy” especially over $22.46 what’s sketchy is adding a gift card, adding funds to an amount then paying with an order with my card. So that’s $32.46 when I could’ve just spent $22.46….? I told her I didn’t think it was going to be so hard for $22.46 she said “it’s not really easy for us to refund”…so that’s the customers issue? She seemed no chalant about the complaint so here it is. Maybe at the least she can get some serious customer service training even if I don’t get my money back.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food and has been for years now😋. Their waffle fries are amazing and I enjoy the grilled nuggets as a gluten-free diner. Plus being a Coca-Cola Zero lover the whole meal is just right. 😍

I live in Maryland, but stopped by here while visiting Aquia Harbour. I had breakfast here. The service was great. helped very quickly, and the server had a great smile and greeted me enthusiastically. Bathroom was clean. Food was good. Clean dining room and exterior. Recommended.

This location still sucks but the Hispanic lady at the front who’s been here lately has been stingy and rude. Once they forgot to give me my ice bag so I come back to get it and show my receipt she told me I forgot it and drove away. I told her I was handed a large bag I assumed the ice was in there and the lady at the drive through told me I was good to go. Anyways I come back and she gives me a hard time asking to see my receipt multiple times and saying I drove off without my ice. Like lady can I please just get my ice now? Also when asking for more chic fil a sauce at the window on another occasion she was acting really stingy and rude

She needs customer service training.

Just like the most recent reviews mentioned I also received missing items or the wrong order the last THREE times I’ve been here. I never called to address this and just dealt with it but this last time I figured I’d call and try and get a refund for an order I didn’t receive. The girl who picked up the phone after I was done explaining the situation and how this was the third time something like this happened - proceeded to get the manager and must’ve put the phone down and forget to put me on hold but she ended up talking crap about me and mocking my husband in the background. It was so u comfortable and cringey to hear. I was never rude I just said I can’t come back to get the missing order because we live out the way and it would be an inconvenience and I rather get the refund. Really unprofessional on her part so I forwarded a complaint to customer service and hopefully the team will receive better training because that is unacceptable. I did get the refund but being talked about and made fun of to your co workers is highly unprofessional, disrespectful and flat out wrong.

Today was the fourth time I have gone to this restaurant and not got everything I ordered. Once again, as soon as I got home, I realize that a third of my order was not in the bag. Of course we weren’t offered anything other than to drive back across town to get our missing food. If you go to this Chick-fil-A, I would say check everything thoroughly because they’re not very proficient at giving you what you’ve paid for.

This Chick-fil-A location is fantastic! The owner, Jeff, was so kind. I was in the play area with my littles when he happened to be there, and I asked if they offered the vegetarian Southwest Wrap since I know not every location does (I’m vegetarian). He said they absolutely did, and after a short, friendly conversation, that was that.

To my surprise, a little while later Jeff came back and brought me a veggie wrap to try—it was such a thoughtful gesture! The entire restaurant, including the bathrooms and play area, is spotless and welcoming. While I was there, an employee was doing detailed cleaning and sanitizing in the play area, which really impressed me. The employees here truly radiate Chick-fil-A’s mission of service and care. Definitely a wonderful place to eat & play!
