I don't love chick fil a anymore since they started using a different oil to fry foods in; it tastes weird. Daughter still likes to go and play. Food is fine, service has been off the last few times. It is my opinion that because Uber eats and DoorDash and all of those businesses have taken over the fast food industry. I feel like I wait longer for my food now because of this. My recent visit my food sat there getting cold while the DoorDash deliveries were being put out super fast.
I come to this chic fil a frequently because it’s by my job. I don’t under the purpose of ordering on the app for a quicker way to get the food if I stand there for 30 mins after already placing the order 10 mins prior. I went on Saturday and stood there for 30 mins and then was asked am I sure that I order there while im looking at my name on the screen. Get workers who play attention to detail. At a customer you all put these options in place for us to do a mobile to go order make sure we aren’t waiting. Because if I wanted to wait almost 40 mins I would have went to a sit in restaurant this is fast food
