I don't love chick fil a anymore since they started using a different oil to fry foods in; it tastes weird. Daughter still likes to go and play. Food is fine, service has been off the last few times. They're starting to feel like all the other chains with forgetting food and orders not being correct.

I had the pleasure of being served by Donnie at the drive-thru today, and I was blown away by his outstanding service! From the moment he took my order, Donnie was not only incredibly friendly and polite but also efficient and attentive. He made sure my order was correct, repeated it back with precision, and handled everything with such professionalism that it really stood out.

It is my opinion that because Uber eats and DoorDash and all of those businesses have taken over the fast food industry. I feel like I wait longer for my food now because of this. My recent visit my food sat there getting cold while the DoorDash deliveries were being put out super fast.
