Ordered a 30 pc nugget, only received 26, and a spicy chicken sandwich, which was a little under cooked. went through the drive through, never do that again. I like “fast food” but don’t want to be rushed and have my order wrong , paid cash order# 2082584
This unacceptable customer service. I ordered a Cobb salad with some of ingredients of the salad to be excluded from my salad..Please tell why they forgot to include my chicken.smh I went in the restaurant and complained to the manager on duty and his comment was ….That’s interesting as if I might have taken the chicken out of the salad myself. Where you could clearly look at the salad and see there was “No Chicken” in the container.smh
Then on top of that instead of having the kitchen crew make me a fresh salad.She had the kitchen crew and chicken to the salad I presented to them w/o the chicken..smh
No apology, No gift card ( free meal) for their mistake.

Chick-fil-A is generally hospitable but they went above and beyond. We were on a 4 hr drive and they gave the kids goodie bags with stickers and a coloring book to help get through the rest of our drive. All of the staff were super friendly. The food took a little longer to come out but Chick-fil-A usually takes longer than other fast food restaurants. It was also very clean and well maintained.
