This is by far the best chick fil a experience I’ve ever had in my life, I get that the employees are supposed to be nice and say my pleasure and what not, but my experience today was TOP TIER SERVICE the food was extraordinary, I normally never write reviews but i just had to. The girl at the register named “Hailey” with black hair WAS SO NICE and it seemed to me like she wasn’t just saying what she had to say for the job it seemed like she genuinely cared about how i wanted the food.! I asked her if she had a tip jar and she said she doesn’t think they can take tips but man yall should get one! SHE DESEREVES a raiseeee holy molly thank you chick fil a (i ate my burger but it was the #8 but here’s a pic anyways)

Always have hot and fresh food when I visit. 99% accuracy on the orders. The one percent was a simple misunderstanding of fruit cup instead of fruit parfait. It was corrected immediately and without hesitation. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst cfa I’ve been to. Drive thru takes forever. Carry out takes even longer. They have a pick up station that doesn’t get used. There’s a sign telling you to wait in line for your mobile order, which was of course long. The screen said my order was ready but I was told to wait anyway. Waited for a while only to see someone finally grab a bag that had been sitting on their counter in the back the whole time so the food was practically cold.

Mobile ordered at 8:30am and the boy working the drive thru was very rushed and rude and they forgot some of my items so I had to go back in to get them, the man working the front counter was very nice professional and apologetic unlike the gentleman who I dealt with in the drive thru

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Not only that but the food doesn't taste as good as the one on 610. Recently tried the new banana pudding milkshake at both locations. The one from this location's cookie bits were hard maybe stale and all at the bottom of the shake cherry juice dripping down the cup(it takes 2secs to wipe off). At the 610 location they mixed it well and the cookie bits weren't so hard. Overall this location is ok and needs some improvement. Not horrible but not my preference to go to.
Please consider using the second lane as intended, for mobile orders instead of roping it off and forcing us to merge in with drive through orders.

It's a normal chic fil a. Food is fine except they seriously over bake the cookies so they are hard. I've tried them twice here and they are nearly inedible.
