I'm a frequent customer at this location, and I love Chick-fil-A and the environment. Also worked for Chick-fil-A not long ago, always my #1. However, I've noticed that this location in particular tends to be very slow when it comes to the drive-thru thru which is why I order carry out most of the time, yet-I ended up waiting 20 minutes after placing my mobile order to get my food. The team was very attentive checking on me and my order but then came out with the wrong order, a cookie was placed on the bag which I thank you for but, speed could be a place to improve on, as well as accuracy.

This place in Stafford is the worst one ever. I ordered a sausage biscuit meal on 4 different occasions and every time my order is mess up. I even ordered with someone to pick up my order and it was still wrong. Please check your bag before leaving this place. One day the customer service was horrible, felt like I was at McDonald's lol. I wish I could leave zero stars

This is the slowest chikfila in the region, and it’s not even close. Do not expect the same speed that you are accustomed to at any of the other chikfilas from spotsylvania to dumfries. At first, thought it was because it was brand new but it’s been open a couple years now and hasn’t gotten any better. Haven’t had any issue with order accuracy or taste or anything like that.

If I could do zero stars I would I can’t believe I’d ever encounter an unpleasant experience at chick fil a this location is horrible gave me burnt food and when I called the said they’d remake it and when I got my food not everything was in the bag and I told them and they basically called me a liar saying I only said half the order was burnt but I never said that and it was the entire order the manager agreed with the staff I am truly disappointed and unsatisfied I wouldn’t recommend going here staff is rude and unprofessional don’t waste your money and go to any location other than this!

Friendly service ... as at any Chick-Fil-A location. I got the new pretzel bun sandwich. The sandwich was tasty and the pretzel bun enhanced the taste of my meal. It would have been nice if the cheese was melted. I can't tell the difference with the new fries.
