Not at all what I expect when it comes to customer service from a chick fil a. The service was extremely slow for a very simple order of two sausage burritos. I have been going to chik fil a for 20 years and I don't think I have ever been told to pull out of the drive through line to wait for my food. This location has some work to do when it comes to sustaining the brand that Chick fil a has built.

I can’t leave zero stars so I guess they get one. Staff at this CFA is argumentative including at the management level, even almost passive aggressive. Had to get a refund because they were out of a syrup, ended up having to go inside where the MOD wanted to keep asking how she could help me to which I told her I needed a refund. She would reply with I was trying to do that, so how can I help you. This went around three times thoroughly escalating the situation before I finally directed her to the register to process the refund.Another oddity at this store is the staffs’ inability to embrace CFAs nearly trademark “My pleasure” return when someone says thank you. It is pretty hit and miss (more miss than hit) at this location. While I do find the return kinda cheesy, it seems to be part of CFAs DNA, except here. When a store dumps little things in the culture, you start to wonder what else is getting pushed aside.For example, this store served a rotten fruit cup to me. Top fruit was off tasting, but I was driving and couldn’t check it out. When I got to the apples and tasted alcohol, that’s when I looked and saw the issue. I didn’t see a date on the top, like every other CFA. I suspect they aren’t putting dates on any perishables.Another issue is with the design. The drive thru door is left open all the time resulting in a breezeway that comes through to the dining area. So it’s not very comfortable. But the concern there is with the food. The assembly area is in the middle of this resulting in colder food. The store hasn’t been open for a spring/summer operation yet, so it will be interesting to see what kinds of bug issues there are (if I ever go back). You might think this wouldn’t be a big deal as an air dam would knock out the cold and bug issues. They never do the easy thing which is run the air dam.Another issue with the design is management visibility. This store has a new format. There is very little up front, only two cash registers and no drink fountains. That leaves one person running a register (I’ve never seen a second). Good luck finding a shift lead or manager if you need help. Refills? Nearly impossible because the person running the register can’t break away to help and the back of the house never comes up to help you.In sum, it’s too bad. Store has good access and is in a growing area. Management doesn’t seem engaged enough. I’ve mentioned these problems to management before, so this review isn’t the first time they’re hearing about this. I’m sure I’ll get a thank you reply with a we’re trying to do better. You’re not. If you were, the problems I and other reviewers are noting would be addressed. I do hope Terrell does read this though and try to right the ship. As for the personnel, they are too interested in chatting or whatever. Food is usually cold and has questionable quality.They’ll likely pick up travelers on I95 that want CFA. I don’t know how much support the local town will give them though. If you want CFA and are traveling, I recommend the Dumfries location at exit 152 or the Fredericksburg location at 133. I’ve never had a problem at either.

I've never seen a location like this. Given the location, I understand the design but it still was a bit awkward walking into this very obviously 'built for drive-thru' restaurant. The dining area kinda felt like the middle of a mall food court and there was one very narrow lane that led to two registers. Could not see the kitchen or anything being prepared, there is literally nothing as far as condiments and napkins go. The only thing you can take from walking in is your receipt and your food and drink that is brought from a corner behind the registers. You would be hard pressed to know this was a Chick Fil A if not for the menu behind the registers. Service was nice though and the food was great as always, I guess having worked at Chick Fil A(opened one actually) as my first job at 16 years old, I always loved the welcoming atmosphere, the greetings from employees serving food or cleaning the dining area, and the hustle and bustle of the well oiled machine that is their front of the house area. Hit the drive thru for this one, it was built for it...and that is ok!

No spoon for my soup, and forgot my sauce packets for my food (ordered via the drive thru). Also one of the slower locations I've been too, had just two cars in front of me and yet took 10 minutes for my food.

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A ever! I’ve tried the drive-through, ordering ahead on the app, and then picking up and they find the way to be ultra slow. I’ve bought food at other places so many times just to avoid spending half an hour there, even when everyone in the family would rather have Chick-fil-A. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the food tastes the same as any other Chick-fil-A. Terrible customer service

This Chick-Fil-A just opened on my side of town, but this has got to be the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. I went in today to get an ice cream cone and a large sweet tea. First, when I went inside, there wasn’t anyone at the register. After a few minutes the young man came from the back and said he would be with me in a few minutes. Not sure if they were understaffed today or what. This Chick-Fil-A is bigger than the one on Garrisonville Rd. ,but they only have 2 registers which makes no sense. So, after waiting for 20 minutes for my ice cream cone and large sweet tea, I asked for a refund. The young man had to go find the manager in the back then had to run outside to get the keys to register from someone else since she didn't have them. They did offer to make the ice cream cone and sweet tea at no charge but then I didn't feel like waiting another 20 mins. Terrell Daniel, you have done Chick-Fil-A is disservice by opening this location. This is not the standard I have grown accustomed to over the years.

EXCELLENT STAFF HERE! PERFECT LOCATIONThe staff here are all very courteous, professional, and efficient.Also lots of parking and a double drive thru at this one. Right off of the interstate as next to a giant Sheetz gas station.

I have gone to the drive through multiple times and have had incorrect orders with either missing items or someone else's order entirely. The wait times are exceptionally long especially through the drive through. Went through the last time and heard the staff talking about customers in the drive through in a very unpleasant manner.
