Chili's Grill & Bar

I went to Chilis Sunday and mind you I've been coming here about 3 years. I usually don't get much interaction from people, as soon I walked to the door there was a boy working as a greeter at chilis I think his name was Andre. He was so nice, opened the door, and welcomed me with a smile as soon as I walked in. He walked by my table and I asked him a question, after answering my question we talked for a few minutes which was very nice getting to know him. Hannah was great as well she was my server and she was so sweet, I was having a bad day so this was a very good experience for me.

It’s been over 15 years since I have been to Chili’s and I must say everything was great! Food was good, service was great and drinks were delicious! Audrey and Bryan were awesome!!

I got the smoke house combo. Wow I mess up all the time by getting the ribs. I got the dry rub ribs. And boy I thought they great. Until I pulled the ribs apart and started eating it. Surprise, surprise, instead of eating a juicy dry rub rib. I was eating a dry warm piece of jerky. A total turn off for my plate. Never again will I have the ribs from there.

In terms of food quality, I feel like most Chili's are relatively the same. I did like the service I received at this location though, plenty of seating and availability, solid location, but still Chili's.l

Just left and found out I was charged $2.99 for games! No sign anywhere and nothing stating that if you access games you are charged! Won't ever eat at one of these again!

My table was sticky as if wasn't washed good! Waitress acted as if I would get the lunch special BUT I didn't! Left paying a $37 bill including $2.99 for games we weren't charged for last time!

While we were waiting for the order we decided to play video games offered to us on the tablet ... at the end of the evening came a check in which we were forced to pay for 5 minutes of games 3 dollars . Unfortunately, nowhere was it written that the games are paid ... WHAT ????

Food was good but not great. Prices were on the high side of average for a casual sit-down restaurant. Service was mediocre.

Do NOT go to this Chili’s. Either find a different one, or pick somewhere else to eat. I was overcharged TWICE on my card while trying to pay for my dinner. Then, when I reached out for help they told me they couldn’t do anything about it.

Food was very good. Waitress was GREAT! Restaurant was fairly clean! We had fun there. We would go back there. A wee bit costly but so is every where else.

Haven't been in a few years. Server was decent. Food was worth the price. No soap in the women's bathroom but otherwise clean

What happened to this location? The drinks Are horrible now. Ribs (my favorite) are overcooked and dry!!!!!!

Mostly everyone is so mean and disorganized.

No option anymore to order all flats anymore per ( cashier who took my order who is super rude )

Register would not print out my receipt.

They were Amazing, Friendly,
Courteous, Quick! We each had the Mushroom/Swiss Burger 🍔 &🍟 OMGOODNESS~ So Delicious!

I felt God in this Chili’s tonight. Truly an incredible food experience that changed my path in life for the better. Highly recommend the fried mozzarella, and most of all the brisket quesadillas.
