Over ask food was great. Had to send my burger back 3 times. 1st wing order, 2nd time no mushrooms or salute onions, 3rd time came out with tomatoes. Then the server charged me for 3 burgers instead of 2. Heated behind 🔥

The young girl bartender was absolutely fabulous. We got great service from her. She was really sweet and kind. I think her name was Kali Kala i can't remember. But it was refreshing to see genuine kindness from someone her age. Great young lady, great food and great service. 10/10!

Stopped by this Chili’s Bar & Grill on a long road trip and couldn’t have picked a better place. The service was incredibly fast, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. Everything was smooth and efficient, making it a perfect stop to recharge before getting back on the drive. Definitely a great experience!

Traveling back from NY to NC and stopped at this Chili's since it was across the street from our hotel. It was an hour before they closed on new years day, but we hadn't ate and we wanted a good sit down meal not to far away from our hotel. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. She didn't rush us at all and was a great waitress.

This is my second visit in a few weeks and the second visit I have been disappointed. I believe it has to do with the server - her name starts with an S. She is too busy talking at the bar and not paying enough attention to her tables. We had to ask three times for forks and on the third time I had to get up and raid the utensil basket that was placed at the nearby server station. She is slow to refill beverages and her follow up with tables was terrible. There was no host this evening when our party arrived and it took the manager (Eli) to seat us.

The managers are the only people with a clue in this establishment. Both this visit and the last the managers were running around bussing tables, delivering food and drink, and trying to clean while the servers were posted up at the bar talking. I am all for a positive work environment and enjoying who you are working with - do so once the customer is taken care of and the manager isn't having to do all the work.

Give Eli a raise - retrain the rest. The slow service isn't just a negative experience for the customer, we skipped dessert because of the speed. So Chilis: you are leaving sales dollars on the table.

The change in the food prep process with automated grills, etc. also leaves something to be desired but the food isn't terrible.

I won't be back anytime soon and neither will the party I was with. Hopefully they can turn it around.

Food was pretty decent. They were pretty busy, so the service was ok, but not great. I'd visit again.

They have really stepped up their game when it comes to options and flavor. A little expensive but good.

We done here often as a family, with friends of for a date night and it never disappoints.
Our favorite server is doubles as the bartender! Her name is Audrey and she always provides exceptional service! She’s polite, attentive and so sweet! Any time we get her as a server we know we are in good hands! She’s on top of things for our table before I even realize we need them!
The food is always good too! I love their salads, egg rolls and saucy tenders! They always hit the spot!

We had a delicious lunch. We ordered off the three part lunch menu and it was served very quickly. Everyone was courteous and seemed to enjoy their job. A lovely experience all around.
