If I could give no stars I would. I literally found a fly in my bowl. Not a fruit fly or a gnat but an actual fly. That is a food safety risk. Disgusting. Do not trust this establishment. Never eating here again.

It says they close at 11 but I got there at 1020 and I walked in and they said they weren’t making anymore food I could pick from the stuff they had left. So for 40 min they was gonna make everyone who came to chipotle (40 min before closing)one of America’s leading restaurants pick from the scraps.

Most of the time, the food is very good.The way the food is layered and portions vary depending on the server, which is not the best thing but not a deal breaker.A few times, the brown rice has been undercooked, and last time, the tomatoe salsa had way too many onions, which messed up the taste of the meal a bit and gave us a heartburn after.It is still one of our favorite fast food places to eat. I just hope it was more consistent, especially since it is not cheap.

I FOUND A DEAD BUG IN MY MEAL !!!! Absolutely disgusting !!! I went back to the location where the manager covered my tray in hopes to hide it from the other customers still in line. They did not switch out the trays other customers eagerly awaited the insect infested meals. I waited and watched seeing if they’d do the right thing, dump out the trays and start from scratch. They DID NOT !!!

Chipotle claiming inflation due to increased prices. Lies. It's GREED. They even charge for the queso now along with the guacamole! It's insulting when you walk into Chipotle and see all the added costs on the menu. In MD, Chipotle even charging for the PAPER bag!

This chipotle used to be much better. The food doesn't taste as fresh. Ordering Door Dash is a big no-no, too. Last, the honey chipotle vinaigrette dressing here is really bad now. It tastes like whomever is making it doesn't even follow the recipe. It changed drastically to the point it tastes like just oil. Devastating as I can only eat the bowl with the dressing. Also, why is the hot sauce SUPER hot now?

The Chipotle's in Stafford are not consistent and who the heck is making the honey chipotle vinaigrette dressing? It's DISGUSTING now! Tastes like oil and salt. It's clear and no flavor when it should be a deep orange-ish color. Fix the dressing. Have one person making it and change out the rice out because there's too many hard pieces in it. SMH
