Went here for the first time tonight with my family. They were out of both types of rice, beans, brisket and almost out of steak. Long line of people waiting for them to replenish. I finally gave up on waiting for brown rice and went with the white rice that finally came out. Plus, every garbage can was overflowing and almost every table had food spilled on it and needed cleaning, which is why we changed our mind about eating in. Overall, a very disorganized feeling throughout.

The brisket burrito was full of rice and beans. I didn't taste the brisket flavor & I was charged almost $14 for it. Not a fan of Chipotle anymore.

I have celiac disease and this is my go to chipotle in Stafford the staff is very knowledgeable about allergies and even if they have new staff the managers always make sure they get stuff from the back I have ate here 20+ times and have not been cross contaminated. The staff has no problem getting stuff from the back and making sure I don’t get sick they even put mine in a separate bag if it’s more than just one bowl.

Ugh. Just ugh.
I can't recall many bad experiences at Chipotle chains, so this one is truly special. The food was bad, but the bigger issue was the rude staff. Disgusting and disgusting.

I have used this location for delivery on several occasions and EVERY time they have messed up my order. My office is close by and my co-workers and I love Chipotle, one would think by now we would just use a different location but since Wonder Road is the closest :( Anyways - I always request extra fajitas...get NO fajitas- maybe one day I will get my veggies! Then the nerve of the app to offer bare minimum remedies

I have also visited the store in-person and it is very clean- however, talk about ridiculously small portions. For the amount of money Chipotle charges, they should definitely be way more mindful.

The absolute worse of all I’ve ever had!!!! Wish I could give a zero!! Nothing irritates me
more than a business to have one price on a board or the shelf and when you go to pay it’s more! I bought it to their attention the manager said she can’t do anything about it. Contacted corporate and that was a waste of
time. (Happened on more than one occasion) Not to mention they’re always low or completely out of something and they have the nerve to close at 11:00!!! If it’s 6:00 when it’s dinner time, how are you out or low. I’ll never go back to this location, and likely Chipotle period, to many other restaurants to choose from than to tolerate their messiness!!

This location doesn't hold back on the meat portions. 5 stars!!! The other Stafford location is terrible. Often times I get home with the burritos and we have the smallest amount of meat. We are thrilled with this new one. Please don't change. We actually get full burritos here. Everyone agrees!

This location was good when they first opened. Now every time they short you ingredients, particularly the protein... even if you pay for double protein, you get what equates to a single serving. This company is on an endless pursuit of collecting cash.

Went in to order some food and noticed their chopped lettuce was red, which usually means that it had been sitting out for a long time, and bacteria had begun to grow. I avoided the lettuce and will now be avoiding this place.

I'm not sure what is going on with their portions. My daughter and I both got similar burritos, the only main difference is I got beans but she didn't. Does this look right ? They cost the same.
