This was my second time trying this cute small business. With a big sweet tooth, I really wanted to support them, but after this visit, I can’t convince myself to go back. Unfortunately, the rolls have been disappointing—underwhelming in flavor and actually raw in the middle. Both times I’ve bought rolls, I ended up throwing them out halfway through or had to finish cooking them in my oven or air fryer, which defeats the purpose of buying them ready-made. I tried two different signature rolls, but after the first one made me feel sick, I couldn’t even finish the second. Sadly, you’d be better off with store-bought rolls. The atmosphere and staff are nice though. They don’t take cash, which I found to be a bit weird, which can be inconvenient if you don’t have a card on hand. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This place has cinnabon beat, and that's not an easy task. There are so many choices and you can customize your own cinnamon roll from multiple flavors of icing (I recommend cream cheese but that's me), to other toppings like sliced banana, caramel sauce (delicious), peanut butter cups, etc. you can literally personalize your cinnamon roll. There cooked all the way which makes a huge difference to me within itself, I don't like buying one and getting close to the middle and it's still doughy (which sadly was a regular happening at cinnabon), the staff are very nice, inviting..... The inside of the store is set up so you can eat there or take your order home. I highly recommend cinnaholic in Stafford va. Even if your passing through, catch the Stafford exit and stop by cinnaholic, you will not regret it.

Don’t come here unless you have a LOT of time to wait. The service is SLOW. I’ve never been here when there wasn’t one person taking order and making the rolls at the same. Just left and paid almost $16 for two rolls that are smaller than cinnabon ?
After going just to see what the hype was I doubt we will return .

I've been here about 4 times since it's opened and I have to say the food quality has diminished since my last visit in July. The cinnamon rolls don't have enough cinnamon flavor in the roll, making it taste doughy and plain. Today, I ordered 3 old skool rolls to go. I think the rolls were too warm before the frosting was put on and all the frosting melted off and went in the corner of the box. The frosting was gross! It was not thick or creamy at all, it had a crunchy thin texture. It appeared the sugar was crystalized. It was like that on all 3 rolls. The vanilla frosting had a hint of apple flavor to it too. The people before our order had an apple pie roll, so maybe the associate used the same knife from that order to icing ours and it had leftover residue on it? IDK? Either way, the rolls did not taste like they did in the past. I've done to-go orders before, and the icing did not look or taste like that when I got home. I'm so disappointed! There goes $20 down the drain! Our kid plays soccer across the street from here and we like to treat ourselves after the game. I guess we will be finding a new place.

I can not express enough how polite and sweet the staff is here! We went last night knowing they were about to close and the girls were so sweet letting us know they were all out of cinnamon rolls and it would be a few minutes to make more. She could have easily told us no but she took her time and it really made our night! We love coming here and the cinnamon rolls are so yummy!!!

Where to start, if you're looking for something sweet, Cinnaholic is a great place. You can pick from a custom cinnamon bun to one of the pre-made favorite cinnamon buns. They also have cookies in all shapes and sizes. This place is well worth the stop when you have that sweet tooth craving and you want something different. Stop by and indulge! You won't be disappointed!

Stopped by after lunch today. A great way to satisfy that sweet tooth! Very clean atmosphere and great customer service. I noticed on the way out they have Dole whip. A dairy free "ice cream". We'll definitely have to check that out next time.
I went in yesterday with a friend and tried to order the mocha cookie roll which was no longer on the menu and the store worker was kind enough to make the roll for me as a customized roll. It was super nice for him to offer and I was able to satisfy the craving for my mocha cookie roll ?? the Cinnamon buns were fresh out the oven and was as amazing as I hyped it up to be to my friend who was visiting for the first time! Will continue to come back
