Empanadas were awesome! Staff is so nice and enthusiastic. Stafford needs more small spots like this. The prices are a bit high but you can tell you are getting the real deal.

Man when i tell you i love this place!!!! I’ve been eating here since they opened up!! One of their first Dominican customers! The food is delicious, the people are nice and friendly and they make you feel like family! They don’t just hand you the food and tell you to be on your way, they check on you make sure everything is good! Worth every single penny!!

11% taxes???? That is not legal! Stafford taxes is 5.3% and these people charged me double! Food was dry, not fresh and not good at all! Will not be returning, my husband is Dominican and we are both very disappointed!

I ordered two specials yesterday, the portion is laughable, I even commented on their Instagram and it was deleted. They advertised the special and you can clearly see two piece chicken drumsticks. I only received one on each order. 50$ gets you a lot more in a Colombian restaurant. Barely any beans served as well. First time buyer and won’t be coming back.

I have been passing by thinking it would just be ordinary sane old food truck but tonight I decided to stop and see. Oh my stars! The food is out of the park beyond ordinary. The Caribbean flair is at its best here. I have never had Mofongo this good. This is amazing. Mofongo is made out of plantains and if made correctly it has a rich flavor with undertones of garlic. This will be an addiction! Finally, abonance to get some great food that leaves all the chain restaurants we have around here in the dust.I ordered several different dishes so that we could get an idea of who they were. They are cooking as if preparing for that ‘‘em loving family gathering where you bring the favorite dishes.Great prices and large portions. I can’t wait to eat my left overs tomorrow and then go back for more.

I go to this place all the time. Food is good but the price depends of who is there. Today I was charged $9.99 + tips for 1(ONE) CHEESE empanada and 1 soda. I didnt check the price and just notice when I checked my credit card at home. They charged me $4.50 for an empanada and $5.50 for a soda?? It doesnt make sense.I never had a problem when the young gentleman is there. Today he was not there. There is no website/email to contact them and I am unable to reach over the phone.

I've gotten food from them several times and it's always been good. However they are food truck so they move around a lot. Hours and location may vary.

Food truck for the night at our favorite microbrew (Barley Naked). Honestly don't think I've had Dominican food before and I'm embarrassed to admit, I asked the gentleman running the truck if it was similar to other Caribbean food.He quickly ran down the menu and politely let me know the closest to Dominican was probably Puerto Rican... I realized my ignorance but always a fan of trying something new, I let ol' boy pick for me.We were not disappointed! The food was amazing and the owner/truck operator (I'm assuming he's the owner) is very passionate about his food.Highly recommend! We had the mofongo, which is a plantain loaded with garlic. I had the pork, my wife had the chicken. We also got a Dominican style burger and quesadilla for the kids. Not like a normal quesadilla, but loaded with goodness. The portions were also above our expectations. All the food was top notch and the owner was awesome.Try it out! You won't be disappointed!

AMAZING!! What a lovely addition to 610. We got a variety of food to try a little of this and that. It was probably the best Dominican food we've ever had. Thank you Dominican Bites for being apart of our community!
