The flavor was great, but the brisket was 90% fat with hardly any meat. Not enough edible meat to cover a sandwich.

The brisket is probably the best thing, followed by the chicken. I definitely do not recommend the sausage or the pulled pork. Their sides are nothing special either, and most of them are not available at all times. I have been here twice because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had high hopes for this place, but I must say, sadly, it's nothing special. If you want to give them a try, go for the brisket or chicken, as I said. I wouldn't go out of my way to try them, but overall, they are ok; just ok.

Amazing!!! My family and I have tried almost everything they offer… Brisket is so tender you can cut it with a plastic spoon. Best BBQ and ribs hands down in the area. They need to sell the BBQ sauce by the bottle it’s so good! 5⭐️ hands down
Doveshack's truck has been parked next door to my office since yesterday. Both days we have ate lunch from there and everything is amazing! Highly recommend!!

I honestly expected a lot more from this place. I got food from here a year ago and it was actually pretty good. This year though, the beef ribs (which are the most expensive things on the menu) barely had any meat on the bones and were waaaay over cooked, borderline burnt. They took forever to give us the food after we ordered just for it to be very underwhelming.

Straight out the can baked beans, bland coleslaw, brisket was underseasoned with very little smoke flavor. The bread with the meal was a cheap hamburger bun. Maybe my expectations were to high as I regularly smoke meats at home and I am from

I got the pork ribs. It was all they had ready at 1100 and the only slab ready but the sign was flashing open. Lol. The ribs were tough, dry and very salty! I wish I knew how the other products are but unfortunately, I will not be visiting again based off the ribs. This is my 2nd time having the ribs. The 1st time was the same but I thought it might have been because of going later in the day. This time I went early and they were still dry and tough. Just not for me. Please support as it might be what you desire. All bbq isn't for all people.
