I loved Duck Donuts and having a location in Stafford was great. Tried to go not too long ago and they were closed! They should really update that on Google since it comes up as it being open til 2pm still. My kids were so disappointed. ?

We ordered from the Duck Donuts Fredericksburg, VA location one week ago. We order 18 donuts from their website to be delivered the next day. The donuts were delivered to the wrong house. We notified the store and we were told we would receive a refund. Over the past week we have not received any refund at all. I visited Duck Donuts for the first time over the weekend. My experience was not the best. The employees working that night were more worried about speaking to their friends then getting my order correct. I initially asked how long it would be, the young lady said 5 mins, I was in a rush but needed the donuts for my friends birthday. It took over 20 mins to complete my order. I would of appreciated an accurate time frame. Due to the time it took to prepare my order, I at least thought it would look nice and neat. The presentation of donuts was extremely sloppy. I was embarrassed to give them to my friend. Extremely disappointed.

I love me some donuts. I don't put these into the donut category. It is a great pastry and love the personalized nature of the them, but it really is just super sticky sweet fried dough.
Best doughnuts in town (: the maple bacon is my boyfriends favorite but mine is the plain glazed. The people are very very kind. They have cute little doughnut sized plates and the duck mascot on the walls. Very kid friendly and delicious, would reccomend! My favorite employees are michael, "mkayla?", And megan! All very very kind and make me feel welcome.

Absolute lovely place, the dounuts are too die for. Theyre cake dounuts so theyre more fillin than regular doughnuts. The people are SO nice theyalways ask if its my first time there and tell me their favorite dounuts. Whenever i go in the man with the curly hair is always there and he always makes my order perfect. 10/10 would go everyday

I love Duck Donuts! We were traveling from Baltimore to Raleigh, when we stopped to get something to eat and Duck Donuts was in the same shopping center. I love that the donuts are made to order and hot and fresh!! I ordered the maple bacon donuts and we each enjoyed every single bite. It's extremely hard to have just one.
