Every once is a blue moon, they forget to add espresso to their drinks. Today they proceded to give me an iced latte, just milk and ice and syrup. No espresso. I was able to tell just by the color of the drink, whitest of white. I was able to get them to fix it before I left the window. I think the espresso they make here is also too bitter. Something wrong with their machines or they just put old espresso in my drink.

Reviews about the two young ladies at the windows, especially at night time, are correct. Shorter thicker one is way worse with customer service and has a terrible attitude, you can tell she has no desire to be at the job nor take care of the customers.

This place has become such a disappointment. I am a loyal customer- legit spending money every single morning at this location and the coffee has been so inconsistent and gross. Please work on this.

Customer service is always good but COFFEE always trash … like it takes like old bitter coffee, someone need to rehire or retrain these employees

So my mom wanted to order a small coffee with a shot of expresso with whipped cream - she just wanted that coffee in a medium cup with a flat lid so she could have her extra whipped cream and the guy said IT IS DUNKINS POLICY TO CHARGE FOR A MEDIUM COFFEE CUP (which they didn’t want anymore coffee - they just wanted a medium cup) WE HAVE DONE THIS FOR YEARS ALL OVER THE U.S.A - this is the only DUNKIN , that’s ever had a issues with this!? She didn’t want anymore coffee, just a small in a medium cup. You lost a $15 + sale - over a plastic cup. And your unwillingness to understand the customer. You DID NOT CARE… OR apparently understand what we were saying. You want to charge me 10cents extra for a cup. I would’ve understood - but for a medium sized coffee - when I’m getting a SMALL - makes no sense and you’re the first DUNKIN - to do so. I hope you have the day you DESERVE. Thanks for not caring about your customers.

The young ladies in the window are always talking to each other, but cannot be bothered to greet guests. It's as if me coming to the drive-thru window disrupts THEIR conversations. That MUST be why they cannot be bothered to be polite, smile, or even confirm which beverage from my order is which when prompted. Even better, my drinks were made incorrectly and this store did nothing to fix the issue when reported. Prices have increased too much for incorrect orders and bad customer service. At least Starbucks tries to fix their mistakes. Highly recommend going there instead. I know I will!

Used to be 4stars but lately gotten really poor drinks and service. I got an iced Americano with four pumps of caramel swirl and two hazelnut with four cream and it was wonderful. So then I got it as a regular thing for about 2 months cuz of my autism and every single time it just got worse and worse and I don't know why. But today it was the most disgusting thing in the world. It tasted like milk and water and old coffee and no like proper amount of caramel and hazelnuts. It's like they didn't even try. I feel like I'm wasting my money going there. And I've branched out and tried some of the fall drinks. It could just be the fall drinks but my God they are disgusting. The almond spice thing tasted like a candle. Feel like every drink I try from here is inconsistent in the flavoring, the milk the coffee. Sometimes the coffee is really really fresh and then sometime it's just like did you pull this out of the trash can from a used filter? I can't tell. And I live right next to this Duncan and I will have to go to the other one because I just can't trust it anymore

Best drive thru in the Stafford area, driving Thur is probably hard for bigger truck but doable, and the service is always great.

NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS DUNKIN LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I decided to come in the evening to order and the lady with the long brown hair in a ponytail was VERY rude to me at the window and seemed very annoyed with me and was speaking low INTENTIONALLY and would then give me attitude when I would ask her to speak up. ON TOP OF THAT I had to keep asking her to repeat herself.

Normally I have no problems with Dunkin Donuts (though their prices are a bit extreme). I just got back from a drive-thru run with my girlfriend, and they absolutely massacred our order. 2 bacon egg cheese bagel sandwiches became 2 bagels with butter, a dozen assorted donuts ended up all glazed, and the coffee tasted atrocious. I have no idea what happened to this location, or who they hired, but wow...what an utter disappointment. We go quite a bit to DD, and I have a feeling this experience will cause that to go down dramatically.

I love the Dunkin donut’s drive thru! It’s so convenient for me and I’ve never had an issue with an order since I’ve been going there. I also wanted to say how the employee named Cassie is very nice and has great customer service!

Quick drive in, drive thru and drive out. Service was OK but the drive in menu was a little lacking.

Parking: Be mindful getting around the building for the drive thru. Pay attention!
