Just visited and had wonderful service. The young lady training her team, taking orders, and providing service was so sweet when I was super indecisive about what flavor to get lol thank you for your patience and suggestions 🫶🏽

This is the best Dunkin'. I forgot my breakfast sandwich and Munchkins the day before, as I ordered those, a dozen donuts, and a box of Joe for work. I called right after, and they said I could come in the next morning and would make it right, and they did! Great people!

Argumentative. If you got my order wrong just admit it. I order the same damn thing time and time again. Don't argue with me, just apologize and fix the order. TERRIBLE customer service - expecting me to pay for a new sandwich because YOU messed it up and put disgusting cheese that I HATE and would have NEVER ASKED FOR.

Food is usually good but the service is horrible I have no idea whose issue this is maybe the store owner but something needs to be changed.
Customer service suck I visit today loser that serve me look like crack head shame on owner that allow this behavior food nasty store filthy, I can see the counter where they make the food not clean at all. I don’t recommend this location at all

Use your dunkin point at another location because this location the staff is incredibly rude when you are redeeming your points for a customized drink and will act like they are doing you a favor by customizing your drink when in reality the points cover customizations!!!! Threatening to charge for customizations for future point redemptions. After the rude service they will make ur drink wrong being disabled and not having a drive thru makes this experience even worse.

I ordered breakfast delivery via door dash and it was my first time typing this location.
Sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel. The bagel was the only part that wasn't good. The bagel just was too tough and didn't taste very good.
The munchkins were good as always. I like having a variety of bite sized donuts. The glazed were the best ones.
The apple fritter was really good. Lots of apples. Had a great crunch on the outside. I toasted it with a little butter on top and it was divine.
And the hash brown bites were pretty good also.
Delivery was pretty fast too.
