It was good. My biggest complaint is not with this location, but with how little meat is on the sandwiches at Firehouse Subs. You see all the pictures on the walls and menus and there is like an inch of meat, but in reality, it’s like a centimeter of meat! Their sandwiches taste good, but man are they skimpy on the meat. Anyway, yeah this location is pretty good. They need a better exhaust vent though, because it was really smoky in there. The employees were pretty polite and the dining area and restroom was reasonably clean. I had the medium Firehouse Steak & Cheese Sandwich combo. (It needed more meat.) It was $14.77. A little pricey for a sandwich with so little meat. Anyway, I do recommend this location, but more meat! ?Vegetarian options: You can order a sandwich with no meat I guess. ??♂️Kid-friendliness: They allow children here.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible

Had great subs! I loved the decorations in the establishment. Much better than any other sub place I’ve ever been to.

Food was good. Service was so unbelievably bad. Would not recommend this location. Will no be going there again. This is my first negative review of any restaurant.
Horrible service and customer service. Highly expensive stay away and go to subway it's better

Was just there, ordered a large NY Steamer sandwich combo. The sandwich was made and it was completely inedible. The meat was so shot through with fat and gristle that it could not be eaten. Not fit for animals, absolutely disgusting.

A plethora of hot sauces to choose from. EDIT post pandemic... No more bottled sauces BUT i think the Cajun chicken and the Jamaican j*** sandwiches almost make up for it. They don't, but it's close. Oh. And fix the drink machines so they don't taste like seltzer water!

My friends told me Firehouse had the best hot subs, and I hadn't been to (much less seen) one in a decade. A random errand put me right next door to this one, so I figured it was time to make lemonade with the lemons life gave me.It was... okay.Look, I know the economy is awful right now, but what I got for $10 was a joke. I got a medium sandwich (so 2/3 of the large), and it was smaller than the hoagie rolls you could get at the supermarket, both in length and thickness. I'm sorry, but that's not good bang for my buck. The sandwich I got was the New York Steamer. There was too much mayonnaise on it, but it was still pretty tasty.Bottom line: Yummy but way too overpriced. I enjoyed the sandwich, but I will not be returning to a Firehouse Subs. I'll stick to making my own (very cheap) sandwiches and putting them in the toaster oven.Parking: It's a strip mall, so there's plenty to go around.
