Cleanest I’ve been in. Great service. And absolutely fresh, hot and tasty fries and burgers. Shake was perfect consistency.

The cashier working the noon shift on 09.30 needs a serious lesson in customer service. She did not loosen her sern stare once, was rude when taking orders, acted like everyone was an inconvenience and did not display any of the five guys hospitality that is to be expected. The gentleman on the grille was the only staff member greeting guests and saying thank you goodbye. After saying loudly thank you and bye the cashier glared at me with hate in her eyes.

Everyone has a story but nothing just justifies bringing your drama to a place centered around customer service. I will not be back to this Five Guys anytime soon and based on the empty tables at lunchtime...no one else seems to care for it either. I wish the nice gentleman on the grille luck, his burger was great and so was his attitude!

I placed my order on the app. Always have to wait for fresh, hot fries but it's worth it. Burgers and hot dogs are our favorites.

Great fresh burgers and there will always be baggie fries; however, a cheeseburger and fries should not cost more than $19.00! And, that's without a drink, not even water! Adding a small drink would have cost an additional $4!

This 5 guys is by far the best one in this area I pass like 4 of them to get to this one they have excellent customer service today is April 8 2024 and the guy cooking the burgers today did an outstanding job the burger was dripping nice and juicy and then I had dropped my fries in the street and I didn’t even ask for more fries but they made me a new bag of fries anyway that was so sweet and kind I really appreciated it thank you so much

I want to give them more stars but I can't tell if they intentionally delayed making my fries until arrival so that it'd be fresh or they just were delayed in preparing it. Mind you I ordered and went to the wrong Five Guys so I was delayed in picking it up by like 30 mins. Beside that food was on par with what Five Guys is good for. Good burgers and fries. They did manage to vindicate my previous fry experience with a Five Guys by not skimping on my fries. I'm used to the OG fry amounts with cup overflowing.
