I can’t say enough good things about the Five Guys at Stafford Marketplace. Tonight, I showed up just before closing—9:52 PM to be exact—hoping to get some fries after being let down by another location. Not only did the staff welcome me in with no hesitation, but they also made the best fries I’ve had from Five Guys in a long time.

What really stood out was their attitude. They could have easily turned me away or rushed the order, but instead, they treated me like a valued customer. They even mentioned that the other location could have made fresh fries for me but chose not to. That level of honesty and care for both their service and food quality speaks volumes.

This is what great customer service looks like. The team here takes pride in what they do, and it shows. From now on, I’ll be making the extra drive to Stafford Marketplace—because I know I’ll be treated right and leave with great food every time.

I don't know if it's just me, but anytime the Cook is a female of Latin descendants at this location...I find the burgers turn out very greasy, which soaks your bread and the bacon is fried to a super crisp rendering a burnt not the smokehouse flavor that's pliable and good to eat. The fries are broken,mushy not evenly cut and fried golden.

Also there's an unfriendliness by the female cooks and prep staff if you want to customize your order. The cashiers are always friendly. This use to be a good location. Id bypass spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, and others locations to come here...not anymore. Food is too expensive ..just want a good burger and fries.
