This 5 guys is by far the best one in this area I pass like 4 of them to get to this one they have excellent customer service today is April 8 2024 and the guy cooking the burgers today did an outstanding job the burger was dripping nice and juicy and then I had dropped my fries in the street and I didn’t even ask for more fries but they made me a new bag of fries anyway that was so sweet and kind I really appreciated it thank you so much

I want to give them more stars but I can't tell if they intentionally delayed making my fries until arrival so that it'd be fresh or they just were delayed in preparing it. Mind you I ordered and went to the wrong Five Guys so I was delayed in picking it up by like 30 mins. Beside that food was on par with what Five Guys is good for. Good burgers and fries. They did manage to vindicate my previous fry experience with a Five Guys by not skimping on my fries. I'm used to the OG fry amounts with cup overflowing.

Everyone was really friendly that I talked too. Fairly easy to order and the girl at the counter was very friendly. If you have a nut allergy it's not recommended going in bc they have p'nuts out. Fries were a little soggy and could have been more crispy. Burger was good I just ordered the kids one patty which is the same size as the adults.

Absolutely a great burger ? I would definitely get the little burger, with one patty next time. I did eat the whole 2 patty burger, but i had less room for the delicious, crispy fried potatoes. The regular size fries were plenty for two people. The place was very clean. Liked the bonus peanuts to snack on.

Not one of the employees is there to work, just to chitchat. They'll forget half of your order and insult you in Spanish like you can't hear them. Was 50/50 on dumping my shake on the counter so they'd have something to do.

I went in today because I had a bad day and wanted to treat myself. I ordered a small meal and when I ordered of course the cashier tell the cook my order, normal of course. Then when the cook heard my order she then proceeded to insult me in a Spanish (I speak Spanish also, so I understood) but I ignored that and went on about my day until the cashier went up to the cook and spoke with her (in Spanish) and insulted me also but I wanted to ignore that so I did. I then sat down on the other side of the wall to enjoy me meal only for one of the employees to then notice me and bring over the other workers to see me and of course they all insulted me more. That was my last straw, so I left. I wish they wouldn’t have made me feel so bad for myself.
